It wasn't because I didn't have anything to insure - I run a small business with a lot of tech involved and would be totally up the creek if any of it were broken or stolen - it was because it always just sounded complicated and expensive. Then, one day, a computer crashed during crunch time on a project. If the hard drive couldn't be rebuilt, I'd be faced with the very real issue of dropping three grand on a replacement and suddenly insurance seemed like a good idea. I ran into Coe shortly after, tentatively asked if he had any idea what coverage would cost and was impressed when he basically recited a handful of small business packages verbatim. He had me come down to his office, which I did hesitantly - I was just examining my options - but he and his staff were so welcoming, knowledgable, and friendly that after about fifteen minutes of conversation I decided to get the coverage on the spot. Not only was the price too good to pass up, but I felt like I knew the plan inside and out and could tell that if there was ever an issue I'd have a real partner in getting it resolved. I filled in a few key pieces of information, Coe handled the rest, and just like that my business assets were protected come hell or high water (and we live near a river so I was particularly worried about the high water thing). Now, I'm not a big customer for Coe, my policy is just twenty-someodd dollars a month. But for anyone who doubts his devotion to his clients you should know that when I call I'm treated spectacularly. A few months after my coverage started, I asked him if there was a way to eliminate the paper statements I was getting each month. He pondered for a moment - this was clearly something he wasn't usually asked - then said "Sure thing, I'll handle it." I'm not sure if he did something fancy on his end, or simply sneaks up to check my mailbox each day and intercept the monthly statement, but I haven't gotten one since then. Either way, he and his staff embody the Good Neighbor policy of State Farm.

His staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and when they don't have an answer they will find and get back to you quickly. Ilana took the time to make me aware of auto insurance plans I did not know about to help me save money. The office will check in with me from time to time. I do not have to remember to reach them. I had a nightmare trying to get reimbursed for a fire in my home. It happened on a Sunday. I foolishly thought I should contact my agent. She appeared very annoyed that I bothered her (it was Sunday) and told me to call claims. She did not even offer their number or any help. I never heard from her again. Trying to get the claim processed was horrible. I should have read the reviews for Liberty Mutual. If I did I never would have transferred all my insurance to them. This agency is refective of the horrible service you can expect from this pathetic company

Over 4 hours stranded by the…read moreside of 91 south highway, waiting for insurance road side assistance, which never showed up and called tow company who reported they were given a wrong address and sent to a home address and didn't see me so they left but were going to send another tow out again. Unfortunately, after waiting over another hour n no show, i attempted to call the tow company multiple times to get an answering machine. I then attempted to call the insurance, and it was a back n forth, and they were going to follow up, but time kept ticking n no tow truck. I finally had to call 911 n have them send their highway tow truck, pay out of pocket and tomorrow follow up to pick up and have towed again to dealer or see if they could repair at their shop. I sat in my car w open window, unable to close it because the car was completely dead. I had to put a table cloth over the window to help keep wind out until I texted my supervisor to pick me up. It has been one frustrating afternoon and unacceptable client service and possibly endangering my well-being. This has led me to cancel my policy and would never deal with liberty Mutual ever again.

Well " we were transitioning" my policy was " lost in the shuffle" and " she doesn't work here anymore" I was told by adion financial when I realized my policy had lapsed. After 3 days of waiting for return phone calls. I was told my premium would be double and a300$ deposit was needed. Policy could not be reinstated. Mae the supervisor never called back. Anya from customer service no help. So I called nationwide myself to get my policy reinstated no help from adion at all. I am not an insurance agent and got better results my policy will be transferred to another agency shortly. And on 6/8/16 they had the nerve to call my new agent and question why I was changing agencies like nothing ever happened.very professional again lol. Good bye adion
