Which brings me to my second reason.. 2. Terrific customer service! Doesn't matter if I handle things in the office or by phone and email, I'm treated as a valued customer by friendly & helpful people. I don't recall being left on hold for long periods of time, and when I'm promised a return call, it's come in a timely fashion. No aggregation at all!

The first time they actually CANCELED my appointment and I didn't see the cancellation email until I was on my way there. The second time, three hours before my appointment they sent me an email telling me I had requested a change to have my appointment one hour earlier. I did notsuch thing. This guy went on and on about how he's been in business 30 years and only works with dealerships. He spent about 15 minutes bragging about himself. He also forgot to mention to my boyfriend that the quote wasn't finalized as he hadn't run his license yet. Once he reluctantly did that, wouldn't you know the quote went up quite a bit. He then fed him some crap about not being able to insure him at a good rate until he's been with his current policy 6 months. Well, about a month later, he called my boyfriend and they spoke for a while and he repeated his line of "I've been doing this 30 years" and what not. He once again gives my boyfriend a quote he can't say no to! It was unbelievable and my boyfriend was ecstatic to save that much money! Jeff tells him to get a letter from his other insurance company stating he was there 6 months. My boyfriend got this letter and canceled his car insurance. He calls Jeff who is suddenly not returning calls as fast as usual. They finally speak and he then tells my boyfriend an entirely different amount than previously stated. My boyfriend questions him about why he would do this to him...again and Jeff then became very unprofessional! He said he has plenty of other business and doesn't need my boyfriend's business, among other things. He even sent my boyfriend an email that said: "you wasted my time." If you want to do business with a total sleaze who does nothing but brag about himself and feed you bullshit lines then this is your guy! He is dishonest, rude and very unprofessional!!
