What could have been an easy five stars is now a one. Abe was brought on to be our travel agent for…read morea large group cruise on Royal Caribbean. He lacked prompt communication and we had several hiccups along the way but we were assured that was not his normal and everything would be fine. He promised everyone in our group a bottle of sparkling wine, chocolate covered strawberries and an onboard credit of $125 per room. We communicate over the phone many times and asked how that would work etc. he said it would be applied once we got on the ship - something another member of our group questioned because that's not the normal. It's usually available right away so we can use it to book excursions. We trusted him as our travel agent and budgets with that in mind. I also had requested he make sure my rooms were adjoining and he assured me at least 2-3 times that they were. When we got on board we discovered they were not and had to work with RC to get moved to a room that was. Again once on board we discovered we did not have an onboard credit. We tried communicating with Abe and didn't hear back. Several days later we got communication from his manager with a vague email that they were working on it. Lots of blame shifting without looking for creative solutions. I have yet to hear from Abe or his manager. We ended up getting $75 applied to our accounts the very last night. We still haven't heard from anyone. Haven't gotten an apology or solution. We only got $75 applied after I sent an email asking for solutions and that I would be reviewing them. I think they hoped we would just get over it and move along. We have saved and planned this trip for 2 years. We budgeted for what was promised and when we didn't receive the promised credit, it came out of our pockets. I would strongly advise you not to use this establishment for travel planning. If something happens after you leave and you can't walk into the business you will be screwed and ghosted. I called over and over again every number I knew to call to help get our group what they had budgeted for. I never got a call back and no one ever answered. I probably made 20 calls all through out the day - no one picked up. If you've had a similar experience please review so we can all be aware before we are in the middle of the ocean without the ability to confront the issues in person. Abe told us what he thought We'd want to hear to book with him. And to date he has yet to confront his mistakes. Still waiting Abe, feel free to call. You know my number because you ignored my calls for a week.
