I've known Ned personally for over a dozen years & became a client quite a while back. Not only is…read morehe a very trustworthy man, but he is also candid. If he can't beat your current rates, he'll tell you. His staff is readily available and very well trained. In fact, everyone in the office holds an insurance license. That's rare in this industry. Important: as independent agents (vs. captive agents), their goal is to learn about what the client needs, and then find the best ins. co. & coverage for that client. That's what best for the client. Conversely, a captive agent (e.g. Allstate, Am-Fam, State Farm) needs to fit every client into one of their policies (from a limited selection). Business insurance is also available, such as biz liab., workers comp, etc. Call Gina for that. Terrific pricing, wide selection of carriers & excellent service. What else could you ask for? In May I was going to sell a house of mine and roll that into a new home as my primary residence. As the market changed I ended up needing to hold off on selling.
