I have owned a home for the past 18 years and in these 27 years I have filed 5 claims. 1 car claim about 2 years ago (I hit a curb in the winter) and 4 roof claims. State Farm has denied all the roof claims and never paid out a penny on any of them. So why is my homeowners insurance being dropped. I should have dropped you in 2018 when every house around me got new roofs after those microburst tornados we had and State Farm said mine wasn't bad enough. How is it possible that the two houses behind mine and the house on the right and two houses on the left and three houses across the street needed new roofs but not mine. At this rate I might as well take all my policies elsewhere. Longevity and loyalty mean nothing to this company.

In addition, I also received a welcome email from Erik the following day which included even more information regarding some of my questions that I asked his staff on the previous day. Exceptional Service - Felicia is the Insurance Agent Everyone Needs!…read more I cannot say enough great things about Felicia and the level of service she provides as an insurance agent. Working with her was one of the most thorough and reassuring experiences I've ever had when dealing with insurance. From the very beginning, Felicia took the time to truly understand my needs. Instead of just quickly providing a quote like many agents do, she asked thoughtful and detailed questions about my home, lifestyle, coverage concerns, and even potential risks I hadn't considered. It was clear she wasn't just trying to sell a policy -- she genuinely wanted to make sure I was properly protected. What really impressed me was her ability to explain complex insurance terms in a way that actually made sense. Insurance can be confusing, but Felicia broke everything down clearly so I could understand exactly what I was paying for and why certain coverages were important. She made sure there were no gaps in my coverage, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Another thing that stood out was her professionalism and responsiveness. Anytime I had a question, she responded quickly and with detailed information. She never made me feel like I was bothering her, and she was always willing to walk me through different scenarios to help me make the best decision. Felicia is also incredibly proactive. She looks for ways to save you money while still maintaining strong coverage, which is something I truly appreciated. It's rare to find someone who balances affordability with protection as well as she does. In a world where many people feel like just another number, Felicia makes you feel like a valued client. Her knowledge, patience, and dedication to making sure her clients are well insured truly set her apart. If you are looking for an insurance agent who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsive, and genuinely cares about protecting her clients, I highly recommend Felicia. You will not regret working with her! 10/10 service -- I wish more professionals operated with the same level of care and integrity.

Unfortunately, when my previous agent retired, I was reassigned to Jason Barnes. Since then, my customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. I have never been able to speak directly with my agent, as he is consistently unavailable and does not return calls. Additionally, the staff in the office are not equipped to answer my questions, take accurate messages, or provide timely follow-ups. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I will be switching to Allstate this week--and, regrettably, it appears that no one in that office is concerned about losing a long-standing client.

Maria was incorrect, Jason Barnes and his team are PHENOMENAL! I know that you didn't ask but I'm feeling generous so I'll tell you. They're great listeners, professional, personable, knowledgeable, consistent and they anticipate your needs. For example, I just inquired of Deante about life insurance and I had in mind to compare whole life vs term , I didn't have to ask him because he automatically provided the information. He also noticed that my birthday will be tomorrow and wished me a happy birthday in advance and explained premiums are based upon your age when you initially enroll. I talked to Kailyn a few minutes earlier to make my payment in advance of autopay. She was cheerful just like every agent that I've ever spoken to at Mr. Barnes' office. I don't know how Mr. Barnes vets potential employees but he needs to teach this skill to other employers and industries because customer service, including in the medical field is desperately lacking when it comes to hiring people who are emotionally intelligent. I pray that Mr. Barnes becomes prosperous to the extent that he can send his agents on all-expenses paid holidays(vacations). Quality and Customer First Service- I'm here for it!!!

I've been to his office many times, I've seen him three times, and spoken with him twice. For some years he had a wonderful, knowledgeable, and very helpful lady working for him (Marge, I believe?) whom I dealt with when I needed assistance, but she seems to be gone. State Farm is a reputable insurance company that has been wonderfully helpful after auto accidents and wind damage to my roof. Because I liked them so well, I made an appointment with Mr. Fuentes to meet with myself and a business owner friend of mine to see if my friend might like to move his insurance to State Farm. Mr. Fuentes did not take the time to sit down with us, but happened to be walking into the office (the second time I saw him, actually). He walked up to us, greeted my friend, ignored me, and said, "Good to see you again." My face was in my palm and, needless to say, my friend did not move his considerable insurance coverage to State Farm. Recently I had a fender bender and called the office to report it. I got their voicemail at 4:20 on a Wednesday afternoon. I reached a person (not Jim) Thursday morning to proceed with my claim. I called the office again Friday before 4 pm, and the following Monday at 3:23 pm. No answers. No call back on Monday after leaving a message. Sheer inertia is the only excuse I have for still being with this absentee agent. The company handles the claims itself, and there isn't much for the agents to do, except BE THERE for their customers when they need an agent to help them out, or somebody wants to purchase insurance. At Jim Fuentes' office, a customer can't even reach so much as a staff member on the phone during business hours. So, I'm sticking with State Farm, but I've left Mr. Fuentes, finally, regretting the money he has made from my accounts without personally making any effort, when another agent who actually cares about his customers should have been profiting by actually doing the work.
