Within minutes of meeting her we knew she was the agent for us. We also inquired about whole life and when she ran the numbers, realized our old policy was just fine, said that though she'd love to sell us a different policy, she said it wasn't ethical of her to change us over just for a few dollars in her pocket. Honesty and integrity are the highest caliber, and just one of the most personable people I've ever done business with!

At first I was skeptical about switching providers thinking it would be a hassle to transfer all the information, but in reality, it couldn't have been easier! They took care of everything! I dealt with the owner, Richard Smith, who was very professional and really cared about myself & my business. I found out that they would handle everything from my weekly payroll, to quarterly tax payments, and everything in between at no extra cost, and the best part is that it cost me 40% less than what I was paying ADP! I love being able to pick up the phone and actually talk to someone local who knows exactly who I am and things get done right away! I highly recommend them to everyone!

When I got into an accident recently, when it was the other driver's fault, I was told State Farm wouldn't fight the other insurance company and that I'd have to file a claim and, subsequently, see my rates soar. Then I get a knock on my credit score because I submitted a payment and it was returned. Seems like someone in the office changed my payment method, after 25 years, without my knowledge or authorization. Caryn is great at taking customers' money. But she sure as Hell won't do anything for her customers when they need her. Buyer beware.

STAY AWAY HE IS A CROOK! I called three months ago and asked for my payments to be taken off…read moreauto-pay, I was told by Chad himself that this would not be an issue. For the past two months now they have pulled payments out of my account WITHOUT my authorization!!! I have received 2 checks to cover the overdraft fees when I went in/called and complained about it. And was reassured by Zack last month that the auto-pay would not happen again. GUESS WHAT IT DID!!!!!! I went in and talked to Heather last Wednesday, who was the most helpful out of any of the agents and she processed the claim for me. Only to have to call me today and tell me they were not refunding the money they illegally pulled from my account. Chad then called me a liar on the phone claiming that I never asked for my account to be pulled off of auto-pay! He also claimed that I couldn't possibly remember a conversation that took place three months ago, but when you live paycheck to paycheck you remember things like that. Oh and it gets better, with it being his agency he can't (and by can't I mean won't) write a letter stating that I had talked to him about taking my account off of the auto-pay, but yet for the past two months state farm has reimbursed me for the $29 overdraft fees they caused how would those have gone through if they didn't screw up?????
