Never again. I was looking forward to seeing Nate Bargatze but the wait time to park, walk to and from the car and exit the parking lot was longer than the entire show. 45 minutes alone to get out of the parking lot was a bad joke. Wasn't able to walk back around to the section I came in at, and made for a long walk to try to get my baring right to find my car. Too many alarms were going off for me to hear my own. Very uncomfortable seats for a 6'4" individual. Girl next to me complained I was encroaching her seat. "Not much I could do about it." At least the show was enjoyable. Didn't partake in a food or drink. Totally overpriced as to be expected.

I have been to Allstate Arena thrice now for three different Kpop concerts and I always have a great time! Despite heavy traffic in the area, the staff always coordinate the parking well upon arrival to the venue. Parking is usually about $20, which is not too bad for the Chicago area. Inside, they do a check of all personal belongings and there are plenty of staff that will help you find your seats. There are also a lot of signs that help direct you to your section. They also have a food bar in the center which has great options, albeit a little expensive. The concert venue itself is great and I have never had any viewing issues. The sound system has also always been excellent, making the concert experience even better. I would highly recommend choosing Allstate if you have a favorite artist coming to town!

Terrible communication skills between the employees outside and the police directing the traffic. There needs to be organization from the mgmt teams to the staff working parking/event entrances. Otherwise the sleep token concert was incredible! The men's bathroom was not awful like other venues. I did not eat here but your liquor prices vary depending on the vendor 10 to 18 bucks.

Was a fun time and good game. Love all the community involved. It was fun seeing the kids choirs and bands. And the dancers. The little kids hockey. Fun times.

My fiancé and I came to Allstate Arena for the Kacey Musgrave's concert. It has been about 3 years since I've been to the area. We arrived about 30 minutes before the openers started and parking wasn't overly crowded even though the show was sold out. It cost $25 for parking but they take cash or card. Getting into the arena was a breeze with almost no line. Once inside, there were significant lines for merch and drinks. We decided to walk a full loop around the arena to see food and drink options. Most vendors had beer, seltzers, and mixed drinks but certain stands had specialty mixed drinks. We got a double vodka sprite ($22 for double, $16 for single) and a specialty paloma ($22 as well). Our tickets were for section 202, Row B which is the upper level. We had a great view of the stage and adjacent screen. The staff was nice and arena was pretty clean at the seats and restrooms. The sound levels were good and seats not too small. Somehow got out of the parking lot in 10 minutes even with watching the whole show. Overall, we had a very enjoyable night!

I had not been inside here for many years now. I attended a Disney on Ice event with my son and mother. I remember seeing the circus here with I was young. It looked a little tired. I think it could use a lot more restrooms. Staff were all helpful and polite. Food was typical game food. We did not eat anything but I could see the options included nachos, cotton candy, hot dogs/hamburgers. Prices looked steep but that is expected. Overall I'd attend another event here.

Parking was a nightmare! It took an hour from the time we got in the exit lane on the highway to parking the car. We could see the parking lot, but moving snail pace towards it. Parking cost $25. We thought we gave ourselves ample time to get into the arena, but ended up being 15 minutes late for the show. Very disappointed to miss the beginning of Trans Siberian Orchestra. The bathroom stall I used after the show was out of toilet paper. Leaving the parking lot was also chaotic, but luckily we were close enough to an exit to not have to wait an hour to get out. .|\---/| | @_@ | ..\_^_/..2024

We came here to watch Disney on Ice on Feb 02, 2024 and I cannot say anything but good things about this place. Any seat in the house has great viewing area of the venue. There are ample amount of concessions so there's never a shortage of food and snack options. They also have very helpful folks guiding you to your seats at every section. The venue is big enough for large events but small enough to make the event seem intimate. They also have ample parking along the arena exterior. Last thing is they are so close to the interstate that is very easy to get around. Oh one more thing, if you're looking to save some money on food or toys for the kids, they have strip malls right next to the arena to visit before or after

I went to the home opener of the Chicago Wolves season with my husband and some friends at the Allstate Arena. I have been to the Allstate Arena many times and spent much of chilhood here watching wrestling when it cam to town monthly. Back then the Allstate Arena was know as the Rosemont Horizon. I loved seeing the murals around the building dedicated to those who have performed here. The arena has been renovated since the Horizon days, but I still have trouble fitting into their small seats. The food and merchandise locations are hard to find. Better signage or a map would help. The beer and food were overpriced, I'm glad we thought ahead to eat before we came. Parking was $15 (payable with cash only). I recommend leaving early if possible so that you can beat the traffic out of the arena. Overall, its a fine entertainment venue with no frills.

Went here for an ATEEZ concert and wow were the lines long. To get in the arena, the wait was about 5-10 minutes which wasn't bad. The food line was also about a 5 minute wait. I got nachos and it was just average. Staff and security are at every door to help you find your way to your seat. The arena is clean and the staff clean up after the concert is done. The concert was fun and the lights and production of the stage were very well organized and made. However, leaving the parking lot is when things get messy. There are so many people trying to exit that people start cutting each other off and trying to exit through different ways. It took 1 hour to leave the parking lot because I was parked in the target parking lot. There weren't enough traffic guards manning traffic so cars weren't moving in lines with no traffic patrol.

I haven't been to the Rosemont Theater in forever, but I do recall it always being a positive experience. Parking?: Decently priced and close to the entrance Security?: Present enough to make you feel safe. The process for checking bags and being [metal detector] wanded was smooth. Merch?: Conveniently located in the main lobby, well displayed, and smooth to make a purchase. I had eaten dinner prior to arriving, but the concession stand looked to have decently priced snacks. The theater looks a little um, retro(?), but it was a gift to be in a beautiful theatre over a giant sports stadium. The sound quality was great, the seats were comfortable, and I could see Charlie very well, even if I chose to sit during a slower song due to the staggered, stadium seating. Traffic on the way there was a little slow due to a concert at Allstate Arena, the Chicago Dogs home opener, and Anime Central, but that was on me to be responsible and leave at an appropriate time. I had looked up the set list on SetlistFM so I knew there was no encore. As soon as that last note of "Changes" rang out into the air, I was a cloud of myself as I briskly walked to the car to get out of the parking lot, haha. What a joy to enjoy a concert and be back on my own driveway in 23 minutes!

Parking here can be a mess. We left home 2 hours before our show and were so glad we did. The drive from Chicago's West Town area and waiting for parking alone, took us over an hour. Once in the parking lot, we were fortunate to get a spot around the corner from the main entrance. Expect to wait in a long line for concessions, coat check, and the ladies restroom. Prices for drinks and snacks are what you would expect. However, the mixed drinks we purchased were definitely worth the price we paid. Our server at the bar had a "heavy hand" so there was plenty of spirits in the drinks. Definitely appoint a designated driver. Seats are comfy here and the inside of the theatre gets warm. But plan to sit very close to strangers if you don't have an aisle seat. I like the intimate setting of this theatre. Views from row E were fabulous. Being an amateur musician myself, I would say the only critique I have is that at times the instruments sounded louder than vocals, so it made it hard to hear the soloists at times. In all, a December concert here was a beautiful experience and a great way to kick off the holidays!

This line also provides quick guidance for updating travel plans, checking flight details, and dealing with unexpected changes, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free chance. As an Emerald member within the oneworld alliance, I have generally enjoyed complimentary seat selection on partner airlines, which has set a certain expectation when flying internationally. Unfortunately, this EVA Air experience did not align with that standard. I paid an additional $140 for seats that were presented during booking as offering a more favorable configuration. However, after boarding, my wife and I discovered that the actual seating arrangement differed from what had been shown at the time of purchase. Being charged extra for seats that did not match the displayed layout was disappointing. My assigned seat, *6K*, was also less comfortable than anticipated, mainly due to inadequate cushioning. The lack of proper lower back support made the flight noticeably uncomfortable, and I relied on additional pillows and blankets throughout much of the journey to manage the discomfort. On longer flights, seat quality is a key factor in overall satisfaction, and this aspect did not meet expectations. The customer service experience was equally frustrating. I first contacted an agent in Detroit to clarify details regarding my flight and aircraft. I was then transferred to another department, reportedly based in Chicago, where I was informed they could not assist and was redirected to yet another contact number. That call ultimately looped back to the original Detroit agent. After several transfers and repeatedly explaining my situation, I finally reached someone who could provide the basic information I had been seeking from the outset. Once onboard, the aircraft itself appeared clean, modern, and well maintained, and most of the flight attendants were professional and attentive despite a busy cabin environment. However, as the flight progressed, the onboard experience became less comfortable. Several passengers were loud and inconsiderate, and the lavatories became increasingly untidy within a few hours, with visible mess and sinks needing attention. While I do recognize the professionalism and effort of the cabin crew under demanding conditions, the inconsistent customer service, uncomfortable seating, and declining cabin cleanliness ultimately outweighed the positives. Based on this experience, I would carefully compare other airlines before considering EVA Air again for similar travel in the future.
