I go there for oil changes ,repairs ,rotations. They replaced a major piece of my drive train and Michael worked with me on a problem with that repair. I will not return to OK .,Now that Michael has left the older owners do not care about their loyal customers! I will probably need a new tire ,but I will find one elsewhere! I am 73 and was hurt and infuriated that a "man" would send me away with no offer of help. He suggested I try Express "down the street" . "Maybe they are not busy and could help me." Oh well apparently OK does not need my business so I will take it to McClarys? I miss Michael. This business will not last with him gone ! From start to finish, the experience was smoother than I expected, especially for a repair this significant. Holly was absolutely phenomenal. She kept us informed every step of the way, was knowledgeable, friendly, and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel so much more manageable. George did the actual work on the car and clearly took great care of it. In fact, his thoroughness extended beyond the repair itself. He caught a potentially serious mistake from a recent oil change at another shop, an incorrectly installed O-ring that was causing a Class 3 oil leak. The rest of the office staff were also a pleasure to deal with. Owning a German car means you need a shop you can trust, not just one that says they can do the work. From day one, we felt confident my car was in the right hands. They diagnosed the issue quickly, had a quote ready, and provided documentation to back it up. When my husband wanted to pause on ordering parts so his dad could take a look first, they were completely accommodating, no pushback at all. His dad confirmed the diagnosis within a minute of looking at it. Pricing was in line with what I found online for this repair on my specific car. We are so happy with the results and have likely found our shop for the long haul, regular maintenance included. Holly deserves special recognition. She treated us like people, not just a ticket, and I genuinely felt she was our advocate from start to finish. She is exactly the kind of employee who makes a shop's reputation. George's thoroughness spoke for itself. Even just reading his notes on the invoice and inspection report made it clear we were in knowledgeable hands. They are the reason we will be back.

Tasked with rebuilding an alternator, subsequent inspection revealed (1) upper radiator hose clamp over-tightened to the point where the hose was cut, and started leaking anti-freeze, (2) belt tension waay to loose, resulting in intermittent squealing, and (3) a fuel-line hose (evap hose) was incorrectly routed when replaced, and actually _resting_ on the accelerator cable. The repair to the repair is costing me more than the repair. The business is honest, in my experience, and doesn't overcharge or invent problems, but this time their effort was really shoddy and arguably dangerous (throttle cable running against a fuel-line.)
