I'm not sure if it…read morewas incompetence or intentional but they did things I didn't ask for, want, authorize, or find out about until after, they did things they just plain weren't supposed to do, and they did a poor job on the things they did do. I took my bike to them to clean out the carb and do an acid wash of my tank, they did a poor job on cleaning the carb and didn't take out the interior filter of the tank when they did the acid wash so it eroded and went into the carb. After one of the trips to them I rode it home to find they clamped off the air tube to the first plug making it run on one cylinder. $800 later (plus the cost of the parts I had to replace after their "repair jobs") and the summer gone I've actually ended up with the bike having MORE problems than when I took it to them.

Took delivery few days later. Branden the driver was on point. We had to remove the protective plastic wrap from the critical areas. Then I had a pretty empty tank. About a gallon of gas. Vehicle was not cleaned up to standards for delivery to a new customer. Had three days for proper pre-delivery preps. Got word veh had departed svc dept for delivery to me without an air filter installed. Then the last straw was my down payment check had been drafted by the Accounting Dept to my bank twice. My account was handed over to the fraud investigation dept at my bank and they handled everything otherwise Freedom power sports was going to take forever to return my funds due. I realize no intention was made to defraud but with all the other negative issues I had to endure this part of the experience was not great. The last thing Noone from the dealership called to apologize or offer a gift card to a nice place to dine or anything. Good customer relations. I have been waiting three days now from a request to speak with the General Mgt. Deal is done. No more concern for customer follow up. Enjoying my vehicles now but would have hard time recommending to my friends in need of a unit from there.

My family has trusted Russell Brothers for some 30 years, but this time a simple repair did more…read moreharm than good. Tasked with rebuilding an alternator, subsequent inspection revealed (1) upper radiator hose clamp over-tightened to the point where the hose was cut, and started leaking anti-freeze, (2) belt tension waay to loose, resulting in intermittent squealing, and (3) a fuel-line hose (evap hose) was incorrectly routed when replaced, and actually _resting_ on the accelerator cable. The repair to the repair is costing me more than the repair. The business is honest, in my experience, and doesn't overcharge or invent problems, but this time their effort was really shoddy and arguably dangerous (throttle cable running against a fuel-line.)

I go there for oil changes ,repairs ,rotations. They replaced a major piece of my drive train and Michael worked with me on a problem with that repair. I will not return to OK .,Now that Michael has left the older owners do not care about their loyal customers! I will probably need a new tire ,but I will find one elsewhere! I am 73 and was hurt and infuriated that a "man" would send me away with no offer of help. He suggested I try Express "down the street" . "Maybe they are not busy and could help me." Oh well apparently OK does not need my business so I will take it to McClarys? I miss Michael. This business will not last with him gone ! To the older bald guy, I know that your Dad, John would not be pleased with you! I cut John's hair many years before he passed. He was a real man!

The workers are workers. I say that because one worker was smoking while airing my tires, smoke smell comes inside. Same guy today slings open door and hits post. Luckily no dent. I didn't complain or mention because, older vehicle, no damage, and it is what it is...a blue collar shop. I'd give 5 stars if not for that guy. I'll keep coming back.
