I had called the day before and told them I would be there next day to pick up. Apparently they had done nothing to get them loaded on trailer until I arrived. After getting skis registered was super excited to get my BRAND NEW machines in the water. Well for starters they both had no gas, which would not be a big deal had I not been told that all fluids were topped off at the shop and they were ready for the water. Luckily I happened to check before putting them in. At best of all, once I got them in the water, one of the batteries was dead. Really? Now I have family coming in for the weekend and only one running machine to enjoy unless I can find a new battery on a Sunday!! Thanks for that AllSport!!!

Got word veh had departed svc dept for delivery to me without an air filter installed. Then the last straw was my down payment check had been drafted by the Accounting Dept to my bank twice. My account was handed over to the fraud investigation dept at my bank and they handled everything otherwise Freedom power sports was going to take forever to return my funds due. I realize no intention was made to defraud but with all the other negative issues I had to endure this part of the experience was not great. The last thing Noone from the dealership called to apologize or offer a gift card to a nice place to dine or anything. Good customer relations. I have been waiting three days now from a request to speak with the General Mgt. Deal is done. No more concern for customer follow up. Hopefully it doesn't take forever for a determination of what caused the issue. I'll update this review once we have answers and include what we think of the service dept. I'm hoping it goes as well as the sell.

The manager then told me that they would not accept that offer unless they removed the "dealer installed accessories"... despite the fact that it was pictured with those accessories next to the website price. There were definitely deceptive sales tactics in there. The same day, I called Shoals Outdoor Sports who had the exact same model, brand new, similarly equipped with accessories. I purchased that unit as-is with all accessories PLUS a two-year extended warranty for just $500 more than the offer I made to RideNow. Shoals was also easy to work with and very transparent in their pricing. Save your valuable time and money by skipping RideNow.
