Thank you so much to Allen, Scott, and a big thank you to Mr. Whitt, and Jake for the incredible service. You can tell they genuinely care the second you pull up and see everyone chatting, Smiling you can tell this is a very family like group. The whole process was completely transparent, smooth, and stress-free. I drove past two other dealerships just to give them my business, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you again I am thrilled with my new 1794 2026 Tundra!

Took delivery few days later. Branden the driver was on point. We had to remove the protective plastic wrap from the critical areas. Then I had a pretty empty tank. About a gallon of gas. Vehicle was not cleaned up to standards for delivery to a new customer. Had three days for proper pre-delivery preps. Got word veh had departed svc dept for delivery to me without an air filter installed. Then the last straw was my down payment check had been drafted by the Accounting Dept to my bank twice. My account was handed over to the fraud investigation dept at my bank and they handled everything otherwise Freedom power sports was going to take forever to return my funds due. I realize no intention was made to defraud but with all the other negative issues I had to endure this part of the experience was not great. The last thing Noone from the dealership called to apologize or offer a gift card to a nice place to dine or anything. Good customer relations. I have been waiting three days now from a request to speak with the General Mgt. Deal is done. No more concern for customer follow up. Enjoying my vehicles now but would have hard time recommending to my friends in need of a unit from there.

I brought my 1965 Ford F-350 to this shop last year based on the recommendation of someone I…read moretrusted. I brought the truck in to repair existing oil leaks, including the rear seal, install new tires, and perform additional mechanical work. Approximately 200 miles after leaving the shop, the truck suffered an oil-pump failure and became inoperable. The shop had put synthetic oil in the engine, and my current mechanic has identified additional concerns with the work that was performed, including issues with the oil-pump gaskets and other workmanship. I have documentation of the original work, invoices, photographs, and the subsequent repairs and findings from my mechanic. I have attempted to resolve this directly with the shop and have asked them to cover the repairs related to the work I believe caused or contributed to the damage. At this point, they have been unwilling to do so. I brought my truck to them in good faith and expected it to be returned to me in reliable condition. Instead, I have incurred significant additional repair and transportation expenses. I am willing to share the shop's response as well as the documentation supporting my concerns. I would much rather have resolved this directly and fairly than post a negative review. Until this matter is resolved, based on my experience, I would recommend exercising caution before having a classic or vintage vehicle serviced here.

My husband called Lake City Auto after 2pm & explained the issue. "Bring it right on in. I'll get the parts ordered while you get here. We'll get you done this afternoon." was what he was told. And, that's exactly what occurred!! We pulled in; they pulled our truck into a service bay; and, less than 1 hour later and at a very fair price, we were rolling. Thanks, Lake City Auto for prompt, reasonably priced repairs that saved our weekend. We'll be back next time we need service.

Got a very good price on the tires and the service. Had to delay the appointment, due to back-up brake-boost system going haywire - troubleshot that for nearly a month before I could repair it (self), but the delay was no problem for Wilks - "just let us know when, and we'll make sure tires are on-hand." Great staff at the service desk (and presumably in the shop too)! Very personable, and no "up-selling" going on. We'll be using their shops for all our vehicles from now on.

To make a long story short, we approved what was needed to fix the oil leak and the catalytic converter they said was needed. $4800 was quoted and paid when they completed the repair. About four months later we were back for the oil leak which had gotten much worse. They claimed they replaced something related to the oil filter connection. At this point we lost all confidence in their company and we went to the Honda dealership. After hearing Honda's $9,000 bid to fix, we decided to buy a new car and end this nightmare. Christian Brothers should have been honest with us and advised us to not fix this car and buy a new one. They care more for their profits than they do customers.
