Friendly folks in the parts department and they gave me a good discount. I would shop there again if i was in the area.

I bought a four wheeler in 2020 everything was good on it until the motor got a noise and it had warranty on it. They said that we couldn't use the warranty anymore which we took the four wheeler before the warranty expired. We told them to work on the four wheeler where it needed work. Instead of that they changed the battery even when it was good and they gave us a bad one. They changed all the screws and stuff. Till this day 10/12/24 we have to still bring it back to lake guntersville Powersports. I don't recommend to buy anything from here. They say that they are going to fix it and stuff but turns out when I get home it's not good. read more

Sent my son there to have tubes installed.The price to install, after all fees $200.00, for 2 dirt bike tires already off the motorcycle. I will not be doing business with this company again Or with the business owner, no matter where they venture. I did instruct my son to go back and retrieve the tires, before any work was done. Cant seem to get anybody to answer, I was in contact with one of their salesman through Facebook marketplace about a Raptor 700 they had. I sent him information about a potential trade in I had and he said he would get me some numbers. That was Tuesday morning and I have yet to hear anything back, I've tried touching base everyday now and can't get an answer back. So I tried messaging their Facebook page here since they seem to be pretty active and can't get an answer back here either! I'm not going to continue jumping through hoops like a monkey to spend money. I would normally just go to the dealer but they're over two hours away from me. If this is how they treat their customers before they even walk through the door then maybe they did me a favor by blowing me off. Pretty ironic that they're having their "customer appreciation" event today. Update 7/20 Seems my negative comments and review gained some attention, I was contacted back via Facebook messenger on 7/18 in which I was asked for a good phone number to be contacted at the following day. I declined and requested to be emailed in which I was assured that I would be contacted. As of 7/20 I have not been contacted and doubt I ever will be. I strongly encourage anyone window shopping to just drive on by this place. read more

Did not know if they did tires for ATV. Dropped out at 10am and they were working on other things. Called me at 1 pm ( as estimated) to pick up. AMAZING! Hard to find good business and care like they gave anymore. read more

I took my 2002 Arctic Cat to get carburetor fixed and an oil change. Did not have to wait 3 months only a month and a half. They did not change oil. And was charged $75. I took it back in before I left the parking lot told them that the oil was not changed he took it around back for about another 30 minutes gave it back to me I assume this time it was changed it was not. Also they would not call give me a quote. They would not return phone calls and they did not even call me to tell me that the four-wheeler was done. Awesome experience. I needed a new back tire and this was the only place that had it in stock. while replacing my tire they noticed my brake pads were worn pretty bad, They called and informed me about the issue. I asked them replace them and I was told my bike would be ready in about an hour. When I went to get my bike they had the parts the replaced and actually showed me the worn parts!! Every other place I called had to order the tire and even after they got it in, I was told it would be a week before they had an opening to replace it. Lake Guntersville Powersports had it back to me within 4 hours after I dropped it off, fully repaired, and new brakes all around for just a few dollars over what their competition quoted me for just a tire and valve stem replacement.
