Many folks are repairing their vehicles instead of buying new ones when they are wrecked, and all the body shops are backed up. Seriously backed up! Sides made the most sense to us and within a couple of weeks we had a drop off appointment. The staff are friendly, cordial, honest and thorough. We knew going in there was a shortage of parts for Mazda [our SUV] and I think Subaru. Plus, Geico had to go to the body shop to perform at least 2 supplemental estimates updating the original estimate. This is because additional damage is often found during repairs, for example, the front seat needed replacing. Time was not a critical issue for us, as we bought a replacement vehicle in the interim. Sides took about 8-10 weeks to complete the job, which they told us up front. They quickly updated me at every follow up phone call and they offer a text messaging status service which is not really accurate or dependable. Do call them, they will talk to you and help you on the phone. We were pleased with all the work including the paint job, when we picked the car up and I've enjoyed my "new" [new to me, it is a 2016 model] car ever since. I highly recommend Sides!
