First time AllSaints shopper here, I had tried things on before at other locations but never purchased due to the high price, or I just didn't need a sharp, trendy piece at the time (most likely the former). Truth be told, I just wanted to buy something to increase my tier points at the place I was staying, so going to AllSaints was a no-brainer. I checked out my options online, and found a few things I wanted to try. Seeing they were open on Thanksgiving, this was my final stop before heading out. There were a few people in-store, and someone named Juan came over to offer assistance. Since the store isn't so large, I was able to track down a couple of things, but not in my size. He said he would check on the size requested, and I continued perusing the women's area, actually coming across items that I didn't notate while online. Pleased to say he found both items in XS, and had them set up in a fitting room. I did ask for another top, but I was content by what I had already selected. I'm surprised I ended up liking one of the tops I would not have normally considered, and I tried it on in both black and white to make sure. Had to ask for tissue to wrap it since it was on the delicate side, and I left happy with my purchase. As for the store, it looked as though it was larger when they first opened back in 2011 or so, but they still had enough to offer at the size they are now. Very industrial in appearance, there is a lot of black/gray pieces, and I swear I chose the only white top in the shop. I was also pleased that my size was stocked in pretty much what I was searching for. My time here definitely warrants another visit to AllSaints in the future. read more

If AllSaints was a city...her name would be Seattle. Clothes here mirror what I would wear in that trendy cloudy drizzly city. It must be one of the new season's color palettes...many shades of grey. Or if you're wondering what to pack for your European fall vacay come here because they will have plenty for you and your man to choose from. Not to mention, if the electronic banner flashing its namesake above the entryway is not enough to get your attention, the antique sewing machine display adorning the windows will pull you in for sure. It's a mix of industrial-boho meets edgy city girl. I love it all! When I start working again, which I should probably start doing in order to pay for that new car I just bought, I want a job where I can wear a cool black leather vest with a tan maxi dress...and some biker boots...one of many sharp outfits I saw. Maybe I'll just work here! I think they need more employees since I didn't see any while browsing? Oops. Fashion-Forward * Edge-Wise * En-Vogue AllSaints had me at the vintage sewing machines display, I got so lost in the steam punk decor style, I forgot to look at the clothes (a confession from the fashion addict about to invade the guest closet in her house). Hours donated by me to my Canon photographing every crook and cranny of the store: the industrial-chic stage lights' vantage view from the ceiling to the stained bathroom tiles lining the dressing rooms. Love is this right here: style renegades in the city that nurses silicone and calls it fashion. Of course then the clothes happened to me, in visions of alluring sales girls dressed in silk dresses and combat boots. Any Vegas store with the bravado to put its women in silk dresses and combat boots owns me. In my fantasy, there is a third-generation quiet English sartorialist who tailors all these clothes, patiently and nervously, in his second-floor loft in Nottinghill. AllSaints is not cheap, like a charming stranger who turns emotionally unavailable after your life-changing tryst. Somehow you want to pay for it, even if that means selling your soul, or just that classic Chanel your mother gave you. read more

For the most part, shopping along the Las Vegas Strip has been a disappointing experience. The Sin City offerings seem to be either schlock or luxury goods, and not much in between. Of course, maybe my retail tastes are quirky to begin with. As for fashion, Gayle has asked that she be present before I buy anything she'd be forced to be seen in public with me. AllSaints Spitalfields had me at the multiple vintage sewing machines in the window. Once inside, I was impressed with the wandering layout, featuring clothes on old crafts tables and drawers stuffed with belts, wallet, and other leather treasures. Service was spotty as staff seemed to be concentrating on getting their displays right (thanks to full colour photos a guides). However, I was happy to just wander around and take it all in. I left with a nice wallet (as if I needed one, but it was a cool design) and some fashion ideas for future Gayle consultations. read more

Iv been a Customer and visited many AllSaints stores around the world but Iv never had such bad customer service by the managers who work on the floor as well. I was trying to return my jacket which I got 4 days ago the lady kept on saying this has been worn. Its a sale item its been tried by hundreds of people before I bought it. I have not worn it, even showed the long hair which belongs to a girl and Im a guy with short hair and no gf or woman living at my place the manager STARTED YELLING AT ME like I was a homeless dude walked into the store or something. The store associate's eyes were rolling when the manager could not process simple facts like her jackets on sale are free for anyone to try and probably a hundred people tried it before I bought the jacket as it was the only jacket in sale of the normal size. Its one thing that you cannot take the jacket back but totally another to be yelling at me and providing one of the worst customer service of my life. Corporate HQ please look at this store or you will lose customers like me left right and center. read more

I have been a loyal customer of All Saints for several years. I received a box of T-shirt's as a gift but they were not the normal style that I wear so I went in for an exchange. I had my leather All Saints jacket on, I had a gift card that was also a gift ready to shop. I wanted a simple exchange. And would have undoubtedly ended up spending 10 times more money then what three simple t shirts were worth. Aaron and Lucy stayed they were both managers of the store. They refused to take the T-shirt's in for exchange. Embarrassed me by making me call the person that gifted the T-shirt's for Christmas and ask for a receipt. WORST ALL SAINTS experience I have ever had. Stay away from this store. Not even a smidge of respect for the customer experience. AWEFUL. read more

I loved a dress so much and they didn't have the size in stock.. she totally noticed the new shipment had my dress size in the back and went through all the boxes to find it for me!!! Yet another British brand to invade Las Vegas. Pretty dreiry (sp?) color scheme but, amazing clothes, textures, and styles. Their boot/shoe section for women was to die for. Very street and edgy. Doc Marten-y. To search for products, they have iPads as search tools throughout the store. Prices are pretty steep --- like you'd have to win the mega bucks to buy a scarf. These styles are so hot and unique to anything else I have ever seen in Las Vegas. All clothes have this sharp tailored, hand made look to it. They have menswear, womenswear, children's clothing and accessories. The store is designed well allowing enough space to walk through comfortably. It's clean and big and full of artful designs. I really had a hard time walking out of the store the first time because everything was so beautiful. Expensive, but beautiful. I've been there twice in two days now and I have two negative points. The service is horrible. Maybe the staff is busy keeping the store clean or ringing up at the register, but I don't think so. On both visits I was never approached by salesperson. Even when I wanted to try on a pair of $400 boots I was sold on. Little things like not helping me make it easy for me to rethink spontaneous shopping splurges. I was happy to buy a beautiful shirt for a friend only to discover when I went to the website the next day everything is 50% off online! This just irritated me so much. Needless to say I am making a third trip to the actual store to return it and wait for the one I ordered online to give it to my friend. Ugh. The clothing itself is so fashion forward and well made it truly deserves five stars, but with the hassle of parking in a big hotel, lack of personable sales persons will only lead me to shopping these designs on their website. read more

If you have got a whack of cash to spend, and are in need of a new leather jacket, then you HAVE to go AllSaints. In my life I have never found softer, more to-die-for leather jackets. Yes, this British fashion house has more to it - but really, it doesn't. It is 100% all about the biker jacket. If the crazy wall of vintage sewing machines in the front window has deterred you from going in, I implore you: just go in, pick one up and let that soft, supple hide turn you into a believer. Rad boutique! It personifies the stevie and don henley song leather and lace. Lots of sumptuous soft cashmere and silk mixed with awesome leather jackets, pants, skirts etc. The color palate is muted and dark, not really me, but very cool store none the less. All Saints have some of the most fashionable jeans and shorts. I wish there were more locations around back home. The closest one to me is in LA. The price is a little high comparing to other Department stores, but I personally think they're worth it. However, they do have two big sales per year that's 40% off storewide. Let me tell you, I never miss them. Also, there's an Outlet that just recently opened up in Las Vegas. Definitely one of the BEST Outlet Store I've gone to. Some Outlets are cheesy because there's not really a bargain. For All Saints, you not only get a bargain, but an extra savings when applicable. That's how outlets should be. Aside from their great pricing, they are super organized, so you can pretty much locate your fit with ease. Even if you have a hard time looking for your size, color, etc, the staff is ready to assist you. Exceptional service! I thought that the decor of this place was by far one of the coolest I have seen in any of my travels. The windows are lined with old school vintage sewing machines. The tables look like distressed sewing and craft tables. For just a quick glance in the store the selection was top notch and the quality of the leather for the shoes was outstanding. read more

Part bohemian hippie, part British rocker chick. This store has unique designs that you can normally only find in the UK. The cardigans are some of the best in the US, with asymmetrical hemlines, shredded sleeves, and exposed stitching. The t-shirts are splendidly oversized and have billowy form. It's on the spendy side, with most shirts $70 and up and dresses $125 and up. However, you will not find these types of designs anywhere else and honestly for the construction/material you get what you pay for in this realm. read more

This store is amazing. I want to own one of everything inside. Its an expensive, upscale store with fun, flirty and unique pieces that would be a valued addition to any wardrobe. The designs in this store are indeed very unique. If you get something here it's unlikely people will have seen it elsewhere. I'm really writing today, however, to express how much I appreciated their customer service. On a recent trip to Vegas I bought a cardigan on sale, only to find a hole in it when I got back home. I was of course pretty annoyed. I actually YouTubed videos on how to patch holes in sweaters, even though I knew I wasn't ever going to do that. So I called the store instead to see if there's anything they could do, really not expecting them to be able to do much about it. Trisha at the store took my call and told me to send it back with a receipt and she will ship out a replacement. I was relieved but also a little dubious as I have never done this with a store before, but I sent it back via Priority. Trisha contacted me to let me know there was a hole in the only other one in my size left in the store and that she had contacted a store in Chicago to ship out another one in my size. Once they got it they shipped it out to me, and now I have a perfect cardigan :-) I was really pleasantly surprised by how much customer service they provided on an item that was on sale/clearance. I really appreciated Trisha's help. She definitely went above and beyond. read more

I had never been into an All Saints store before and now over half of my wardrobe is All Saints --- I blame the GM Dustin at the Vegas location. Everytime I go to Vegas I make a point of going to visit him because he is so wonderful and helped me to update my whole wardrobe without going overboard or feeling guilty about any money spent. Their clothing is truly one of kind--comfortable, wearable, easy to travel in and also very easy to dress up or down. However-- the real reason that i am a fan of All Saints is Dustin. If more people who worked in retail were as fantastic as he is, the economy just may recover a little bit faster. thanks All Saints, and Thanks Dustin. AllSaints in The Cosmopolitan is one of the best AllSaints stores I've visited. The store in the Forum Shops is terrible, don't go there. I only will shop at the store in The Cosmopolitan now. The manager Rachel has gone above and beyond helping me find a new leather jacket because they one I bought in the Forum Shops store is damaged. The staff is also very attentive and helps style as well as provide customer service. The difference from this store and the one in the Forum shops is night and day. I truly appreciate all the help I've received from the staff at this AllSaints and will never buy anything from any other location. read more
