I was told they'd pop on a new tire by EOD and that it was simple enough so I could have the tow truck bring it over. I ask Maria if she has my number. She tells me the number she has on file and I confirm it's correct. Car arrives - the tow truck driver informed me that he spoke with the folks inside and everything was good to go. I call the shop. Maria now changes the story and says she has to see if they have the tire in stock. It's a busy day. I explain that I am not from the area and usually my car is serviced by the hyundai in NY where I live. So I didn't need anything additional...just the tire. She tells me she'll call me after she confirms the tire size. Should still be an EOD pick up. I call several times and for the rest of the day I am unable to reach anyone in the service department. I leave my number. the receptionists send messages to Maria on the computer. Nothing. I ask for a manager. Nothing. The next morning comes. I call at 8:15. Maria is in - but still somehow unreachable. I ask what's going on with my car. Has it been fixed? What is the cost of the tire? No one can tell me anything. Maria calls back and claims the tow truck driver gave her the wrong number. I remind her that we confirmed the number twice..silence. I then express that I am frustrated as an EOD job has turned into a two day stent for a tire. She then says well I think you should get new wipers, all new tires, and runs down a list. For context - I bought the car new in a couple of years ago and I barely drive it because I am always traveling. The car just hit 20k miles. I always service it at Hyundai. It was just there for a battery and I was told my tires were in great shape. The several thousand dollars worth of things she wanted to do were unnecessary and she got upset on the phone citing I didn't have to get snippy when I said...I simply want a new tire as I stated yesterday. She said she was doing me a favor by trying to help me out. Me...a paying customer. You're not doing me a favor and you've also had the car for a second day. She then says I didn't call the day before because she would have gotten it. I say I can pull up my logs that will show five outgoing calls to the dealership and the amount of time I was on them trying to reach someone. No apology...just "well that doesn't matter now cause we're on the phone." Got my car...but will not be back. This dealership is a terrible representation of Hyundai brand. Go elsewhere.

On my first visit, they scheduled me for service for a recall that had no remedy, so I drove to the dealership for no reason and then the woman who did my intake acted like it was my fault. They don't have online scheduling, which probably could have prevented this in the first place. On my second visit, also for a recall and scheduled in advance, they took my car back for two hours and then came out and told me they didn't have the part they needed after all and I'd need to return in about a week or so. When it came time for me to leave, nobody could locate my vehicle. They left me waiting outside in the cold for a while, then eventually had someone pick me up with a golf cart to go drive around the lot to search for my car. We found it after a while... Overall zero respect for customer time or the fact that you have a life and don't want to make multiple visits just for fun because they can't get their act together. Highly recommend going to Jim Ellis or pretty much anywhere else instead.

The vehicle's base model has a wide array of amenities including extra storage, large display panel, automatic adjustments and logoed gobo light feature in doors. Customer service was excellent. Test drive was scheduled with Sanford for an evening appointment. Unfortunately, Atlanta holiday traffic had other plans. Arrived 15 minutes post appointment (after calling Rivian's customer service number to advise) and was greeted by Kenny. He signed us in and verified licenses for all drivers. He also shared vehicle features. Since Sanford was assisting another customer, he introduced us to Zoe to get into designated vehicle. We had originally signed up to test drive the T (truck) model, and Zoe offered the S (sports utility) due to T being stored for the evening. Both models had displays in store and we were able to sit and see the features. Scorpion tires, made specifically for Rivian by Perelli, were on display showing various sizes. There were color and patterns on display also to show customization options. Logoed attire including caps, beenies, shirts and other accessories were available for purchase. Now for the test drive - Vehicle handling was incredible! From sensors everywhere to provide safety to self braking to roomy, reclining seats. The S model was extremely comfortable and had space for my large purse near the middle console. The console allowed for additional storage and only issue had was the inability to charge phone. The goal was to allow charging by placing on console and this feature was not working. There was a port inside of console for c to c charger; not IOS capable directly. The other features made up for this deficiency. Also the ability to test drive solo on preset route was a bonus. Loved the handling and quiet ride. Truly felt safe in vehicle and gave me more information on electric vehicles. I will venture back to test drive the T model in the future. Location in the Ponce City market proved to be better than expected as surrounded by shops and apartments. Weekdays are best per service providers as weekends get booked quickly.

It's about time I give Ron and Nan's business the 5 *s it well deserves!…read more Ron is very thorough and efficient when it comes to inspecting used cars and I really did appreciate his 2nd opinion when I was car shopping for a used Honda Accord. He does an excellent job! He goes to wherever the car is to look it over in person. He can tell if it has ever been in an accident and where, if there are leaks, if the engine is good, if there are codes, etc. He checks all electronic equipment on the car to make sure it works properly which is just as important as under the hood. The Honda Accord that I had him inspect from a large dealership came back with a clean bill of health! It's nice to know that he highly recommended buying this car and that it should last me for a long while! I agree and I love the way it runs! Thanks Ron!

It is always difficult to buy used vehicles sight-unseen from thousands of miles away, especially older/classic cars that can run the spectrum from mint-clean to disaster despite looking really nice in well-framed photos designed to be flattering. His inspection was incredibly thorough and helped me steer clear of a vehicle that was the total opposite of what I was looking for from a mechanical standpoint. He inspected the vehicle quickly and sent me dozens of his own photos documenting all of the issues he uncovered. I was looking for a vehicle that I could drive, not repair or "work on". I likely would have had to turn around and try to re-sell this vehicle to someone who was looking to restore it- at likely an enormous financial loss. If you're buying a car in the Atlanta area, especially if you are unable to see the vehicle yourself before buying, give them a call. You will have piece of mind and will know exactly what you're getting. I can't thank them enough.
