The next 26 years Hubbard maintained all plumbing: low flush toilets ( B vent staring at Hubbard while installing toilet), sink, hot water heater and all plumbing maintenance. All those years the B vent was not finished correctly yet Hubbard never informed me of this error on builder part. April 2013, I requested a bathtub be installed and was scheduled for June yet called and never got a service call appointment. May 2014 home inspected for sale Chad Hubbard arrives and tells realtor and buyers : it is noted the B vent is a fire hazard, not code compliant, and potentially noxious fumes. Chad Hubbard states " as you see Anne I cannot state all is well when there are several life safety issues" When a plumber ignores "several life safety issues" in a home that he has maintained for 26 years I question how safe my family and friends are when doing business with Hubbard Plumbing.

The person who fixed our water heater was friendly and competent, the work itself was good…read more However, the customer service and communication was terrible. We needed a part ordered to complete the repair. We were told it might take a few days. One week later I called back to check and was told the part was still on order, we would be contacted to schedule the service as soon as the part was received. Another week later I called again, the person I spoke to confused the water heater repair with an unrelated appointment for an air-conditioning estimate. I tried to explain that hot water and air conditioning were not related. Finally, several days after the second call, my partner (male) called and somehow, miraculously, the part was "found." He was told it was a "communication breakdown" with the supplier. It was obviously a communication breakdown on Halco's part. We got no acknowledgement that this was problematic, not even an apology for having to spend 2+ weeks with no hot water. Update: Halco has contacted me and I'm convinced this was not their usual service. I appreciate their willingness to reach out and try to make things better.

After spending wasted time with that, it couldn't do a darn thing and had to get me a real person who then tells me they can't do something they've done in the past simply because it's not a real big job. It's not a tiny job either. After all we've put in your pockets. Wow. So much for caring about your customers. Will now be looking at other companies for future work.

When I asked the owner to fix the door, after over a year, they were here in no time and now the door is fixed! I would whole heartedly recommend Halco. I contacted this company as a property owner with multiple rental properties to ask about services…read moreand eligibility for available incentives and grant programs, as the information online was unclear. My goal was to have an initial conversation to see which properties might qualify before moving further. The representative said she could help, but the call focused on collecting detailed information to pass to a specialist rather than answering general questions. I was asked for my billing address and the exact addresses of all properties. When I asked why this was needed at such an early stage, she explained they use addresses to look up assessment values, square footage, and photos or details from sites like Zillow before an audit. I explained that online data often does not reflect conditions relevant to insulation needs, basement/attic size, etc and that I was happy to provide full details once we determined it made sense to proceed. I was told I likely would not receive a call back without providing addresses. After giving one address for a property we were open to getting a quote on, I was told a callback would take about four days. Five minutes later, I received another call saying they would not be able to help, without any explanation given. Overall, it appeared the priority was evaluating properties to decide business viability, instead of first discussing services or eligibility.
