After many failed attempts by buyer to get Island Guitars to honor the return and send buyer a return shipping label, Reverb was asked to step in (which they did luckily) and they had to force the return process. There was ZERO cooperation by Island Music Co and later Reverb issued the full refund once item was returned to seller.
