$1100 does not go far for a repair, but seems great compared to the customer service…read more This company was selected by my moving company to provide an assessment and repair for a damaged hand carved table worth thousands of dollars that was destroyed. I will not focus on the mediocre repair as that is only half the issue and not the worst part. My major problem with them is two-fold: 1) They will not stand behind their work. The repair degraded the first time it was completed resulting in a substandard product. After it was repaired for the second time they told me it will never fail again, but that they could not provide a warranty because it would expose them to too much liability. If it will truly never fail again, there would be no liability. What they are really doing is shifting the risk to me as the customer. 2) Mike made a promise to me and did not follow through. When he called me to ask that I remove my review he agreed that a hole through the top of the table was never going to be fixed to the original state and they he would send an email saying so to the move company. He never followed through with that and instead the repair was adequate, something that should have been left to an impartial party. It seems that their desire to continue to be considered by moving company for these repairs has made them happy to live with one disgruntled customer. I hope that you are not the next person to receive the same treatment that I did. Because of Mike Schoenbauer, I am forever stuck with a damaged piece of furniture with damage I was not fully compensated for, and which reminds me of this terrible experience every time I sit at it and see the damage they could not repair. I would stay away from a company that has so little trustworthiness and refuses to stand behind their work and their word.

Bobby from Burch Oil explained everything heat pump to me and helped me make informed choices. (Did anyone else know that Burch Oil installs and works on heat pumps?) One of the 4 ended up being a lemon (by no fault of Burch Oil), and it was a long road to convince the company that makes the heat pumps to replace it. Those at Burch Oil helped in every way they could and eventually it was replaced. Fast forward to nowadays. Another of the heat pumps stopped working at the beginning of this heat wave on Sunday. During every week I am an hour away caring for my elderly mother at her house and can't leave without arranging care for her. Burch Oil responded immediately to my call and worked with me to arrange an appointment the next day that I could be there for. James figured out what was wrong and ordered the part, and told me it is covered by warranty--I didn't even know that, but they keep track. The part arrived the very next day. Then Buddy in dispatching worked with me to arrange a time to install it 24 hours later when I could come home again--they may have been able to install it earlier, but I couldn't come any sooner. What a relief! I'm having my granddaughters at my house this weekend and originally thought there was no way the AC would be working by then, but Burch Oil came through, and everyone I talked to was helpful and friendly and concerned for me. I could never find the words to express how grateful I am for their help, caring and personal business model, and constancy over the years.

Like I previously said, stay away from these con artists!!!!
