The apartments are beautiful, the community is quiet but friendly, and any time we have a request (from light bulbs to life crises), it's handled lightning fast by the absolute queen of the property--Cece. She doesn't wear sneakers--she wears power. She glides through this place like she owns the runway and somehow makes fixing things look fabulous. Honestly? I'd trust her with my house and my wardrobe. Also, exciting news: we're bringing home a new fur baby soon (cue the tiny barks and excessive pet photos), and Cece made all the pet paperwork feel effortless. No stress, no chaos--just good vibes, fast emails, and a warm "congrats" like she was welcoming our new family member herself. I have MOLD in my brand new apt. they said it's MILDEW. there is no difference between the two. The staff has no clue and is s verily misinformed. They told me to keep my fans on and cabinets open. There is a water coming in from somewhere. The kitchen is on an exterior wall, I am on the first floor. The vegitation around the building has A sprinkler system and I'm sure it's all being watered too much. It probably doesn't shut off when it rains and the ground is saturated. The other location is the wall in the breezeway. Either from rain or power washing or both. I am asking the property move me immediatel. I can't live in my unit and having to stay with relatives. It's sad that staff Is not properly trained on environmental issues that can kill you. This will be handled at a higher level read more

I normally don't leave reviews because it's never worth it but all I can say is PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't move here! The apartments are beautiful I had no problem with mine we loved it. Amazing first place Stephen helped us and it was easy but now he's gone and that office needs more help than I will ever need. My problem is with the leasing office. They are the absolute worst, And trust me on this I'm not just saying this because I had a bad experience EVERYONE has had problems with them. It was ran way better when Stephen was the Assistant Manager but now that they fired him they have gone to shit. Stephen is what held that office together he should have been the manager instead of Bea. We had so many problems with them, double charging me on my reserved spot for 2 months, selling my reserved spot under me to someone else, charging me renters insurance even tho I proved I had my own, I could go on forever. If you live there now and refer someone you will NEVER see your money for referring someone. I wouldn't recommend this place to someone I hate. The management cares about nothing but them selfs I've never been with more careless management. I am pregnant and asked to be moved to the first floor to a 2 bedroom apartment I said I would pay, moneys not a problem just need to move from the 3rd floor and it's ALWASY "ok we will work on that and call you back" YOU WILL NEVER GET A CALL BACK NEVERRRRR. That was 2 months ago and still never heard back about moving downstairs. We had enough and payed THOUSANDS to break our lease and moved out ASAP because i couldn't come to terms with paying them anymore they are not worth it. Also If you work and get home past 6:30 I hope you wore walking shoes because you will be parking up front and walking to your building because there is ZERO parking. It's to a point to where I park in handicap and hope I don't get towed because I'm not parking up front and walking 5 months pregnant in the dark alone to my building. And of course there solution is "we are aware we are working on it" If your car/truck makes any kind of noise ide advise you not to park on the back side of building 10 by there back doors.(specifically apartment 1015). My boyfriend was outside working on our car at 8pm on a Friday and he started it and this grown ass women came outside and threw ice at our car and my boyfriend then her husband yelled, cussed us out, threatened us, threaten to mess up our car if we keep parking there. All for starting the car for 1 minute to make sure he plugged everything in right.... All you had to do was ask us to move and we simply would have but instead you harassed us. We called the cops on them and of course they were all talk when it was just us but wouldn't answer the door when the cops knocked. What did the leasing office do? NOTHING they told me it's my problem not theres all I asked was to tell them they can't act like that. You live in an apartment complex if you want peace and quite get a house. Y'all double our age and acting like children . Not to mention there is plenty of trucks that are wayyy louder than our car was. There is always cops outside for who knows what. The crime is getting worse but they will say "we have cops on sight" I've lived there almost a year and he a never seen a cop. It's just over all NOT worth it for how many fees and shit they add my rent was $1,500 every month when the apartment rent is only $1,290. All this money we pay and the gates are always broke and stuck open for anyone to get inside. There is dog shit everywhere by my building it's never cleaned up. You're better off renting a house than living here for the prices they charge. We miss you Stephen!! read more

The Allora is my first apartment, thus far the experience has been fantastic! Steven was ever so helpful with my move in process and has continued to help me with every question I have. Jeremiah has been a huge help as well! Fixed my oven and my back porch door in a matter of minutes! Everyone here at the Allora (staff wise) really takes their job seriously and do it with a smile. We pre-leased an apartment home at Allora Magnolia!! Stephen (asst manager) was so helpful and accommodating! Everything went smoothly, we're excited to move, in a few months. The newly constructed apartment has wonderful natural light with an awesome open floor plan. Huge closets and wonderful upgrades. The pool area is gorgeous, go check them out!! read more
