Maintenance issues are often handled with temporary fixes instead of lasting solutions. Rather than investing in quality repairs, it appears that the least expensive option is chosen repeatedly. A clear example is the elevator, which has reportedly gone out of service six to eight times a year for what seems to be the same recurring problem. Instead of permanently resolving the issue, residents are left dealing with repeated breakdowns. These breakdowns are more than an inconvenience--they directly affect people's daily lives. One resident on the third floor has lived in this community for several years. Despite her loyalty, when the elevator became unusable, she was reportedly told that living on the third floor was her choice. When the possibility of moving her to another unit was discussed, she was allegedly told she would have to renew her lease to do so. That response showed little compassion for a long-term resident facing a mobility challenge. Adding to that, when her motorized wheelchair was stolen, there appeared to be little meaningful support or urgency from management. Situations like these deserve empathy and action--not indifference. There have also been repeated reports of mildew and mold issues in multiple apartments throughout the community. According to residents, some have chosen to move out because they felt management failed to adequately address these concerns despite repeated complaints. One resident shared that she repeatedly reported what she believed to be black mold in her townhouse. She stated that management initially insisted it was not black mold. However, after an independent evaluation, she was temporarily relocated while renovations were performed. According to her account, the situation became even more frustrating when she was charged additional fees, and before the agreed-upon renovation period had ended and she was able to move back in, her townhouse was rented to another resident. If these accounts are accurate, they raise serious concerns about how resident health and safety issues are being handled. Every resident deserves prompt, professional, and transparent responses to legitimate maintenance concerns, especially those that may affect their health and well-being. Security is another serious concern. There have been multiple thefts within the community, yet residents are often left to warn one another and report suspicious activity themselves. Rather than proactively improving security with additional cameras, increased lighting, or security patrols, responsibility seems to fall largely on the residents. Luxury living should mean more than attractive buildings and landscaping. It should include dependable maintenance, responsive communication, accountability, resident safety, and genuine care for the people who call the community home. No apartment community is perfect. Things break. Emergencies happen. The difference is how management responds. Residents deserve honest communication, permanent solutions when possible, and leadership that accepts responsibility instead of avoiding it. This letter is not intended to attack anyone personally. DONT MOVE HERE !!!! We currently stay here and can't wait until our lease is up. I don't recommend living here. By far not as luxurious as it is marketed to be. We live in an apartment despite our best efforts, the persistent sewage odor from the bathtub jet remains unchanged, even after regular cleaning with bleach and other solutions. This has become an intolerable issue for our family. Additionally, the lack of proper airflow in the fourth bedroom renders it uninhabitable throughout the year. This room's conditions have made it nearly impossible for us to stay in, causing extreme discomfort. Thus we only use it for storage. We were told there was nothing they can do about it because it's a design flaw. Furthermore, the noise levels within the property have become extremely disturbing, impacting our daily lives and affecting our ability to rest adequately. Dogs barking and crying day and night . Fire sirens and cars racing down the streets day and night . School bus parks by the side of the road extremely early and you can hear it . It's quite terrible here! read more

Anthony (the leasing agent) gave me a tour of the property and was so informative and nice. I recommend living here if you value your sanity.
