They continually lie to their patients telling them they sent in requests, but never do. Dr Kennedy is in his office only one day per month. What a joke, he overworks his PA Ben Moreland . His office staff is TERRIBLE. They never return calls, continually tell patients they have completed referrals, prescription requests, & medical equipment requests. I have told Ben Moreland & Ray Kennedy SEVEN times I have not received any communications regarding the medical equipment they ordered. They always tell me they will call but never do. The worst medical provider I've ever gone to.

I was told I could go to this doctor but her wait was for MONTHS and MONTHS. So fine, I wait. Here's the thing though - I needed a refill on my prescription for cholesterol med. CVS needed them to call it in because it didn't transfer from Walgreens. She refused to call it in, saying I'll need to see her first. She recognized I got the earliest appointment (would have to wait 1.5 months without meds, after already waiting 5-6 months just for the privilege of seeing this new doc). --but said she won't refill it until she sees me in mid December. What? It's cholesterol meds, not a controlled substance. I said to her nurse/office staff "So let me get this straight...my doc ditches me with no notice, then you send me to this doc and she says she won't give me a refill that my doc that left me prescribed because HER SCHEDULE is too booked to see me in time?" She replied "Yes". I said don't worry, cancel it. I'm done with location and cancelling with my gyno who is part of this practice too because of this. Shawna Kauffman doesn't care about my health. I don't see why she'd care for yours. This location has been a hassle to deal with since day one. These doctors and their egos - they're going to seriously hurt someone here. I'm so sick of lazy docs that think they're all that. Oh, btw, no one has figured out why I lost almost 50 pounds now (with other health issues). So you think I would be a priority. But no. I go on a long wait list just to get the chance at 20 min (if I'm lucky) appointment. No thanks. I'm done with Norton period. And you should seriously stay away from this doc and that place in general.

I had bursitis in my elbow and was so painful and swollen I could not sleep. The girls in office were to setup appointment the following day. I had to call them twice to remind them that I had limited use of my arm, and was still in pain. By closing time they finally called me back and made appointment in a few days. The staff is friendly but when you walk out the door, they have no idea or empathy for your problems.

He is also very cautious, making sure that the treatment will not do you more harm than good. He does his best not to keep you waiting, but sometimes that is inevitable, due to no fault of his own. Setting up an appointment is easy, and typically, I get in to see her in just a day or two. I've had family doctors where I would get well on my own (or thanks too urgent care) before I ever got an appointment. She takes her time with me. With so many doctors, they breeze in, half-listen to you, prescribe something that doesn't work, and scram. She sits and listens, ask questions, and answers your questions fully. It's not unusual to have a ten to fifteen minute conversation with her on an issue. She also reviews your record, looking for any wellness things that need to be looked at, like vaccinations. She is proactive with wellness care. She offers suggestions for diet and exercise changes to make, for example. I made an off-hand complaint about some soreness I was experiencing from a new exercise program, and she took the time to find and photocopy a four-page article showing specific stretches to help with my issue. If you are in the market for a new family doctor, I recommend Dr. Kim highly. She's a real pro.

I feel very lucky to have Dr. Combs as my primary doctor. He was recommended by a co-worker and…read moresince then more co-workers and my husband are his patients. It's how I know my impression of him isn't a one-off -- all of us leave his office feeling heard and cared for, a feeling that is much to rare in healthcare. Dr. Combs is upbeat and focused on catching up as soon as he walks in the room. I've never seen him look at his watch or edge toward the door during our visit - in fact, once I caught myself wondering if he should get going for his next appointment! He's solution-oriented but has never been pushy about "his way or no way". I have always been thankful to him for adjusting my husband's diabetes medication, especially after the former doctor couldn't seem to help for 2+ years. In less than 3 months my husband was on track and feeling better than ever. I must also give a nod to the staff at his office. Whether booking an appointment, getting a shot or sitting through bloodwork, each person is friendly, helpful and nuturing. Terrified of needles, I've never been made to feel silly even when tears are streaming down my face.
