Since I travel to Louisville with moderate frequency, it's no problem to have a doc there. Wait time for new patients was 2 weeks, below average of other places I called. The main thing is that Dr Gilberts took her time and didn't rush me out. We had engaging conversation and she easily established trust. It was frankly the first time I did NOT feel like another faceless copayment. I felt human and like she genuinely cared about the outcome of my health. Needless to say I highly recommend Dr Gilberts and I am excited to have finally located a doctor that understands me. All other neurotic hypochondriac entrepreneurs and professionals will feel right at home, just like me :)

They continually lie to their patients telling them they sent in requests, but never do. Dr Kennedy is in his office only one day per month. What a joke, he overworks his PA Ben Moreland . His office staff is TERRIBLE. They never return calls, continually tell patients they have completed referrals, prescription requests, & medical equipment requests. I have told Ben Moreland & Ray Kennedy SEVEN times I have not received any communications regarding the medical equipment they ordered. They always tell me they will call but never do. Fast forward to a catastrophic accident and she was there to walk the extra mile with me. A couple of years later, following a broken elbow, she advised me which ER to visit and then had a back-up plan if they were too busy to see me. Each time I go in for a check-up, she knows me and as we discuss the results of my exams and blood work, she makes sure I understand the significance of any issue. While the Practice is currently associated with Baptist Health, the people in the office have been extremely helpful, courteous, and proactive. My son is now a patient of Dr. Pendleton and is very satisfied with the professionalism shown him.

The labs needed were cancelled. The office called and acted like it was no big deal for me to come back and get my blood drawn again. It is a big deal for me since I dislike needles and it's a waste of my time since it's their fault. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the people at the office are very nice but very poor communication and I'm not sure if I'll ever go back.
