For those that see the 1 star review. A place being closed is not a good reason for a bad review. Call ahead in these seasonal areas. We were the first people in...we had a drink in hand shortly. Food took about an hour but it was pleasantly delicious. What a cool vibe. Boats coming into the marina. People settling up for drinks and lunch. Best kept secret n Alligator point.

What a great little spot. I was enjoying a chilly day at nearby Bald Point beach when I wanted to grab lunch. Headed down alligator point to the Tiki Hut. It's an iconic looking building next to the Marina. The owner, Corinna, is delightful, friendly and welcoming. The menu is just what you'd expect: fried, grilled or blackened fish baskets, a bunch of apps, and burgers. I was feeling traditional so went for the fried shrimp basket. While the shrimp was frozen, it was really good fried shrimp. And the seasoned fries were delicious. Washed it down with a Proof 850. But I'm tell you: a couple was enjoying the conch fritters and I'm so sorry I didn't get some. They looked great and the couple was raving about it. This was the perfect spot for a beach day lunch. I can't wait to go back.

All closed up. VERY disappointing since it takes at least 20 minutes to get from the road out to the point

We got the chunk guacamole to start per the staffs recommendation. Everyone loved it. The 4 of us all got different versions of the street tacos which were fantastic. Their mixed drinks are delicious and the strength wasn't lacking... I got the watermelon margarita and the wife got the pina colada. The waiter here was quite possibly the nicest person I have ever met at a restaurant. Quick to make suggestions and just unbelievably kind and polite even though he had his hands full. We have travelled to the area a few times and always make a point to stop here for lunch at least once. It's a solid option and we will be back again next year!

You definitely get your money's worth on the margaritas--they pour them nice and heavy. Service was friendly and attentive. The only hiccup was a small misunderstanding with my order. I asked for the Arrachera Burrito but ended up receiving the Carne Asada Plate instead. The waitress' English wasn't the strongest, so rather than sending it back I just went with it--and honestly, I'm glad I did. The Carne Asada was delicious. Despite the mix-up, the quality of the food and drinks, plus the great service, made it a really enjoyable meal. I'll definitely go back.
