Well... tonight they got to see firsthand that the rumors were apparently true. Why don't you hire enough staff to actually run the restaurant? Or, better yet, hire people who actually WANT to work and provide some semblance of customer service? We sat there, watched employees walk past us without even acknowledging that we were there, and finally decided we weren't even going to bother ordering. We got up and walked out. We literally left without ordering a single thing. We have given this place multiple chances, but tonight was ridiculous. The lack of effort, lack of communication, and complete disregard for customers is unbelievable. Maybe the food is good--I honestly don't know, because we never even got far enough to order. So congratulations--you didn't just lose our business tonight. You also made a terrible first impression on the people we brought with us, who already had reservations about coming because of the reputation for bad service. The service freaking sucks.
