When we would flush, water would start to come out of the bathtub drains, and it was a mess. I tried plunging and snaking and nothing was fixing the issue, so I looked up local plumbers who serviced the Rancho Cordova area. I reached out to a few different companies for quotes and one of them was Affordable Plumbing Solutions. A woman named, Kelli immediately reached back out to me to discuss what all was going on. She ended up calling me and she was so incredibly personable, professional, sweet, and understanding. She said that she would be able to have someone come out and give us a quote the same day, no problem. I had also been contacted by Bell Brothers (a very well known company) and they told me about some sort of too good to be true deal they had going on and initially said they could get me in that day. So I explained this to Kelli and she wasn't pushy or anything and told me if I can get a good deal then I should go for it. When I connected again with Bell Brothers to confirm my same day appointment, they then claimed their system messed up and said it would be the next day, then said they would escalate to a manager to call me back to get someone out that day. Without a straight answer from BB, I decided to reach back out to Kelli and set something up with them. Of all the companies I talked to that day, Kelli with APS stood out the most with her exceptional customer service, plus they were living up to their name sake with the best pricing. Well, I'm really glad we pivoted and decided to schedule with Affordable Plumbing Solutions because I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM BELL BROTHERS! Kelli ended up sending over a very nice and professional young man named, Michael from APS to check out our situation. I told him that the county had already come out and checked their clean out in the front yard and it was clear and they tried our sewer clean out but they couldn't get it open. Since the kitchen sink wasn't backing up at that point, the County plumber figured the clog was closer to the bathrooms in the back of the house. Michael figured it was going to be a pretty straight forward fix, but little did we know it was going to be harder to deal with than anticipated. He first tried to clear the clog through the shower with no luck. Then tried both roof vents with no luck. Then he tried the sewer line clean out on our driveway and couldn't get it opened or even budge due to the old rusted cast iron cap. At this point, he had been here for a while and had to go to another appointment, but said he would come back and fix it the same night. When he returned that evening, he tried for about an hour to get that stupid clean out cap off and it just wouldn't give. He had one last idea of cutting it off, but didn't have the right tools needed to do it, so he said he would come back first thing the next morning (at this point it was already 10pm). Michael ended up coming back around 7:30am the next day, and was able to cut the cap off and clear the clog which was right at that clean out spot. It took him no time at all and he even put a new, much easier to remove, cap on our clean out. When he was done, we realized that the toilet in the back bathroom seemed to have an issue, and he figured the wax ring had broken due to the pressure from the clog, but this busy guy had another appointment already scheduled. He just wanted to at least make sure we could fully use one of our bathrooms since it had been 24 hours from the start of the issues, which we sincerely appreciated. He left, came back a couple hours later, and replaced the broken wax ring no problem. While all of this is going on, Kelli is in constant communication with me, being amazing the entire time. All in all, it was a great experience, given the crappy circumstances. TLDR: This company managed to come out the same day to check out our problem and was determined to fix it. Had to come back multiple times due to our difficult situation, but they were determined to take care of us. They have some of the best pricing I found, they were extremely professional, and so incredibly nice. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND AFFORDABLE PLUMBING SOLUTIONS FOR ALL YOUR PLUMBING NEEDS!!!!!!

After talking to Trenchless; I received an email confirmation for an appointment on the same day (Saturday) which was within a few hours. I later received another email of a name (Joseph Johnson) and picture of the technician to arrive. I did receive a call asking if the tech could arrive earlier since he most likely finished his previous appointment and I accepted. Joseph arrived and we discussed the problem. I previously tried to resolve the sewer clog but was unsuccessful. I already had pulled the toilet so it was easy for him to start his rooter/snake machine and he was able to unclog the sewer line easily within an hour or less. Joseph was very nice and professional and cares about his customers and the service he provides. We chatted briefly and thanked him for the great work. I did ask him if they could camera the line so I can find the cleanout right in the front of the house (not near sidewalk) and he scheduled someone to come over on Monday. Not once, but twice in two months does Early Bird Pluming come to my rescue!…read more I'm the property manager of a 14-unit apartment complex, in which 11 units get their water heated through a central system. The system was two giant water heater tanks that held 120 gallons of water each and weighted about 1,500+ pound filled. In early May, one of the tanks broke down and instead of storing water, was gushing water out of the tank nearly flooding the riser room where they are housed. The other tank just stopped working due to an faulty ignition error where the pilot would just not ignite the gas. I was able by sheer guess work to shut down the water and I called multiple plumbers, but none were available, seemed competent or even wanted the business. So I contacted the support number for the water tanks and they referred me to several nearby plumbing companies in Sacramento that were verified vendors. The one I picked was EMC Plumbing which is now called Early Bird Plumbing. The reason I picked them was because they had the best reviews out of the bunch. They sent a tech named Cody who was very personable and listened intently on what the issue was. After evaluating the situation and looking at the options Cody and his company provided, the best decision was to go with a tankless system. The one we decided to go with the Korean Navien brand as that's considered the best in the world. After the permitting was complete with the Sacramento city in one day, they got to work. And from the pictures attached to this review, you can just see the quality of the work and all the refitting of the pipes and fixtures that is not only functionally great but also looks great too! All this was done a within four days, which considering they retrofitted a whole new system that feeds hot water to 11 apartment units, is quite astonishing! Then just recently like yesterday as I'm writing this, one of my units had a ceiling leak and of course the plumber I contact was Early Bird and not surprisingly, all their staff was busy fixing a gas leak as good companies are always busy, but the owner Mike came out to personally help me. We found that as this apartment complex was built 10 years ago, it seemed as when they were building out the internal fixtures, one of the crew as they were screwing in a towel holder into the wall and ended up screwing into the hot water pipe too that eventually caused the leak! Fortunately, Mike was able to find this leak and got to work to fix it and it was done that day. It's rare to get one good experience with a vendor, but even more when it's twice in two months and this indicates that they are one of the best plumbing companies in the Sacramento area. I highly recommend them and with how hard it is to find an honest and competent pluming vendor, they should be your go to as well!
