Beware this service. We used Chris and Jessica to manage our property in Scottsdale, as we live in…read moreCanada. The communication was extremely poor, if non existent. Chris made commitments that he did not keep. They set up our property as their own Airbnb and deposited the money initially into their own account, sending confusing and mixed messages when they did return calls. We still did not have any money in our account by mid April. They rented out our property from March 2019 until possibly the end of May 2019, as he was not communicating with us and they did not give us access to the Airbnb site. During that time we were getting phone calls from our HOA about complaints regarding guests making noise and commotion in our suite. Again neither Chris or Jessica responded to our messages. And then finally I received a phone call from him July 27 after repeated messages from me asking him what was going on. Finally, he tells me, "Well to be honest, I stopped the service already because of difficulties with the pool FOB that the HOA had turned off, due to all the problems with the guests he had in our suite". And he failed to even let us know this. The final shock was when I returned to Scottsdale, a few days ago, our place being empty since the last guest was here, possibly May 2019, I discovered that I had been robbed by Distinction Cleaning. Two of my Comforter sets, several expensive sheet sets, towels, were missing as well as some miscellaneous items. I contacted both Chris and Jessica, initially thinking that perhaps they had taken them to be dry cleaned and just forgot to bring them back. Of course, my phone calls were ignored. I called the Scottsdale police and they informed me that there was nothing they could do because I did not have a contract with Distinction, which, of course was my own stupidity. Please, these people are not honest, do not use their service.

We just had brand new hardwood floors installed by Express Flooring the week prior and had been contacting Express Flooring to come back out to get all of the glue off our floors, and Express Flooring never bothered to come back out to our home to remove the glue. We want to thank Scott and his assistant and I'm sorry I do not remember his name for a TERRIFIC JOB on our new hardwood flooring! I would hire SUPERIOR PLUS again to do another job at my home they are the BEST.

From the very first visit I have been very happy with the service and experience of working with the company. The house feels and looks so nice, clean and pretty when I come back. Like, it was embarrassing to have guests over because of how dirty the house was. And when we seldom cleaned, we just couldn't get the house as clean as we would have liked it to be. Since I'm an avid Yelp user (really, when it comes to restaurants), I looked up home cleaning services and narrowed it to a couple different companies and saw the 5 stars on Yelp and I was "Why not? Let's give it a chance?" And honestly, it was a great decision. The service from when I called them to set up an appointment to the end when they were done, I was just impressed. The guy I spoke to was just caring, attentive, and extremely personable. They made the whole process as effortless as possible and the end result definitely surpassed my expectations. They're definitely worth checking out, especially for people like me and my roommates that can't always have the motivation to get the house clean by ourselves. Thank you Rocket Cleaner! :D

Things I didn't even think they would clean like the vents and a hanging lamp in dining area were cleaned and cleaned very well. Both ladies were very nice and really worked hard to make sure everything was done completely. We will definitely be using Rocket Cleaner again and requesting Vivian and Valerie again to do intermittent cleaning at our new place so it never gets as dirty as the old place did. Also, the website is so easy to use and I could make changes up until the day before service. I highly recommend Rocket Cleaners and will be telling everyone I know looking for a cleaning service to use them!

He gave a straight forward and honest answer to what work needed to be done and what could wait. He was very trustworthy and very knowledgeable. We got some quotes from a few "big guys" in town which were unsurprisingly more expensive. Those other guys also seemed more interested in making a sale than earning my HVAC business for the long term. When we selected America Sunshine, Luis walked me through the various heat pump options and when I asked which one he would go with, he amazingly didn't select the most expensive one! He told me I would get the most bang for my buck with one particular unit and had plenty of reasons to back up his opinion. It's too early to tell if we selected the right unit but so far so good. When Luis came out to install the unit, he showed up with his brother, son, and an additional worker. They were all very courteous and did a good job of picking up after themselves and keep dirt to a minimum. Ruiz did a patch job on some drywall which was exceptional and I can't even tell where he worked. They did a great job of removing the old equipment and taking care of the small things like electrical, old piping, holes etc. It looks like the old system was never there. They also periodically updated me and my wife so we knew what was going on. When I thought the project was done Luis took time to show me some pictures. Everything looked perfect to my untrained eye but Luis said he wasn't happy with some of the piping he just installed. He asked if he could come out the next day to replace it. You could tell that most people would have just let it ride but he is a bit of a perfectionists. At no cost to me, he came back out and made sure that everything was perfect about the job. I have to admit I was a bit worried due to the fact that replacing an AC is a huge cost and you want to make sure it's done perfectly. Luis and his company rose to the occasion and exceeded my expectations. He will definitely be my AC guy going forward and I learned that Ruiz is a pretty good tile guy as well. I think my wife already has the next job lined up for them.
