Robert helped me understand the things my insurance company was too busy to do. With my roof, if I went with a certain class/product, I would save money on my homeowner's policy. I followed up with my insurance company, and sure enough, I will be saving $550.00! Alliance is a CERTIFIED installer for GAF, so I received a Certification directly from GAF with an extended warranty along with my warranty from Alliance. I'm currently scheduled for my siding to be replaced due to termite damage, and the entire house will be painted. I am so excited about the project plans Robert and I have worked on and are in progress. I will update my review as soon as we paint the house so everyone can see it before and after!

With rapid turnaround, Robert had his crew come out and replace all of our wood posts with metal posts and, while they were at it, they also replaced select sections of wood. Robert met me soon after to review and ensure my satisfaction with the work. I'm very happy and have recommended Alliance to others.

He is extremely slow which works to his advantage at $90/hour, showing up when its convenient for him because he never gives you an exact time. Took him a week to do a 2 day job. He charged us an unexpected $1400+ for texturizing the garage ceiling and painting the garage, without clearly outlining all that he was doing, his outrageous rate or a complete estimate for the job. What a joke. After finally agreeing to a reasonable price he promised to drop off a check the next day. Instead he showed up two days later with a check for half of what he promised. When I texted to ask why he had gone back on our agreement he told me to "lose his number." This is my experience, but you have been warned.

They blamed everyone else instead of taking responsibility for the damages to my house. I asked why they didn't fix it or at least tell me about the "water damage at the time they replaced the roof" and their response to me was "your insurance wouldn't have covered it." (That's because there was no damage when they replaced the roof) It would have been nice to know about it if it was in fact "already there". FYI my home inspector said the roof was structurally sound before the roof was replaced in February. Terrible customer service is all I can say and an expensive mistake on my part.
