Terrible terrible scheduling and communication…read more Terrible. I had high hopes for this. Yan was first so accommodating that he said a cleaner will come at 5pm as per my request. Then, last minute cancellation cz the cleaner was sick he said. Then he said 9am the next day. I confirmed. I did not check my email (although I did leave my phone #) but Yan said if its possible to resked again to 10:30am instead of 9am. I replied only late at night. I had no computer access. I called in the morning at 8am, 9am , 10am on that day. I emailed, tweeted -- no reply. Is the cleaner in my house? What is my schedule? Will the cleaner ever show up? Terrible terrible scheduling and communication.

A few months later because of the service we decided to schedule another appointment. The service and scheduling again seemed very commendable - Yan offered us a discount for being repeat customers and set up the appointment for the following weekend. THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT NO ONE SHOWS UP. My roommate who set aside her entire day waited and waited at the apt. We received no phone call, no form of contact for an explanation. Over the course of the following week we left over 5 voicemails asking for an explanation and a reschedule, and finally Yan returned a call. He explained that there was a system failure, and he was happy to reschedule for a free cleaning service. Great, so we reschedule and confirmed the Saturday appointment (today) on Wednesday. Fool me once shame on you; fool me twice shame on me. The cleaner is now nearly AN HOUR LATE, and no one has answered my phone calls. I've sent text messages to Yan's cell, called the business line and left voicemails, still nothing. Words cannot truly express my frustration as we scheduled this cleaning in hopes of having a nice and tidy apt for a party we're hosting this weekend. After all the chances we've given Mr Clean's, I am truly disappointed to say that this is an extremely unreliable business. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE - I definitely am.

In the initial messages I was told, the fix price ($160) includes the whole house. I only needed…read morethe downstairs cleaned (after a tenant) because my parents were coming for a month to stay there, and I ran out of time for a deep cleaning of the place. I told Will he doesn't need to worry about or touch any of the 2 bedrooms, hallway, livingroom, but I really needed a deeper cleaning of the bathroom and a tiny kitchen area (more like a bar with a sink and a fridge). I stayed a little bit, we talked, then I went upstairs to clean there myself. He was there for a few hours, I heard him occasionally speaking on the phone with someone. When he finished, he told me the bathroom grout is not cleanable, i should make it white by painting it with a grout marker. For the kitchen sink, he advised me to get a stainless steel cleaner ( I guess to clean it myself after he left, but I thought a cleaning service should include cleaning products and to come prepared and actually clean things) and that he didnt have time to clean the inside of the small, empty fridge. I paid him the money, but I already saw I have to clean, but I didn't want confrontation. When I walked through the place, the cleaning liquid was dripping from the shower ceiling, he forgot to wipe it off. The bathroom window and windowsill was left dirty. The bathroom floor was not cleaned, because the corners had accumulated dirt left behind, as well as behind the toilet and along the vanity. There was dust and crumbs on the hardwood behind the fridge very visible, and the floor was not cleaned, because if it was, it wouldnt have stayed dusty. He did not clean the inside of the fridge indeed, but since the top and the door was dirty (it is a black fridge, so easy to see dust), nor did he clean the outside. Considering he didnt have to clean anything else but those 2 tiny areas, this was a rip-off, maybe I was too nice and he thought I don't care and it's easy money. I don't know what he was doing for those few hours, but I felt cheated, because it was very hard to afford the $160, but I thought it was going to be worth it to save time I didnt have. But I ended up cleaning everything myself. I took pictures to send him the next day, but I felt there was no point.

I always look forward to when they come because they leave my entire space sparkling clean. It's such a treat to come home to. Their team is so efficient, they divide up spaces so the cleaning is so fast... When I work from home, I'll leave for lunch and they'll be done by the time I come back. And the work they do is flawless. I was literally shocked one of the first times when they cleaned my air frier toaster oven. I had **never** cleaned the inside of it before (just the removable trays) and after they serviced it, the appliance looked brand new, like it has just come out of the box. Similarly, my stove (a very old appliance in my rental apartment) had some black burnt spots on the surface - which I thought were permanent marks as they never changed despite my cleaning. I was amazed to see them disappear after W Home Cleaning addressed them. On a personal note, everyone at W Home Cleaning is such a delight to work with - it's easy to communicate and align on timing. Highly recommend them!
