I bought a whirlpool washer, whirlpool dryer and a dishwasher. I usually go to Omaha to the Nebraska furniture mart for the best deals, but a friend of mine wanted to keep the business in town. I shouldn't have purchased these in omaha. We were approached aggressively it seemed as "he" was bothered by our questions. No customers in store, by Paul. I have done business with this company for the last 20 years. I had always been more than satisfied, they always were kind and courteous, and very easy to work with. But I now question how they handle customers unless you are buying NEW from them. I waited over two months for a repair, and finally stopped to see why I had no response. I was told they now no longer do that type of repair, could they have not told me that on the phone two months ago. Customer Service should be number one!! read more
