One feature at Electi Connection is that they can test breakers and let you know if it's good or needs replacing. I've had my inserts for a few months now, and my pain has not returned even with me stepping up my running. So, for me, they appear to be working. I do think the product is overpriced. I could afford it, and went in knowing that it might not work and I'd be out several hundred dollars. Many people just can't take that risk with their money, even if they're in great pain. You can get store credit if things don't work in the first 60 days I think it is, but I've heard that process is a bit painful, and you'd get credit for retail list of some high-end Brooks shoes or something - better than nothing, but not very satisfying. I was treated very well at the Broomfield store, and have received sincere, personal email follow-up from my sales associate with good answers and ideas to some questions I had. So, if you're going to go for it, I can certainly recommend the Broomfield store. If I have sustained good results, the zing I've felt from the price will fade I'm sure. That will be a good feeling too!
