I sent a customer service request on their site, but hadn't heard back for over a week. So, I called, got a really nice woman, Carol, immediately on the phone. She said if they had a replacement they'd send it to me free of charge. Wow! I thought I was going to have to buy a new one. She said she'd check and then get back to me. She called back in about 3 minutes and said someone had already sent it out to me and it would arrive tomorrow. I'll be back on yelp tomorrow letting you know if it arrived, but for now, i'm crazy happy about their customer service and their commitment to customer and product. Update: The next day my free stuff sack/pump sack arrived at my house. I paid nothing. I can't believe the wonderful service these folks provide. Can't recommend them highly enough.
