O stars for this company !!!My moms house had a fire and a family member by marriage asked my 91 year old mother if he along side of his wife a family also she was my moms Poa if he could handle the fire claim and Put house back to the way it was before fire !! !!! She agreed !!He hired alliance public adjusters Doylestown !!! House was gutted and left to sit approximately 1 year 6 months !!! Reason given it was taking so long the agent and alliance said they are fighting with Insurence company the Insurence company refusing to pay ! This went on and on!! As my mother was still without her home the home she was living in 55 years !! She never went back to her home because what she recieved from Insurence company wasn't enough to cover the estimates given to rebuild home since it was totally gutted ! I bought home !!My Mom asked the new Poa and me to look into the house because there were Too many questions were unanswered! So we asked agent and he said that alliance public adjusters were in charge of claim and demolition !! So We have asked several times for additional information from alliance public adjusters in doylestown pa ! We got the run around or info was incomplete or couldn't read !!! My mom never got the answers she died jan2018 !! Very Sad !!!As of today 8/14/18 the agent who hired them and alliance public adjusters have refused multiple meetings we have asked them to go to my deceased mothers attorney office with our professionals and our complete family so we could find out why this happened and who is responsible for this mess !!! They will only meet at there office we can't bring our professionals or attorney or any recording devices or video !! And only ask certain questions !!!! As of 8/15 /18 yesterday I recieved a email from mike from alliance public adjusting co doylestown pa telling me to take down this review !! I called mike told him review is staying up he then said meeting at his office September 12/2018 would be cancelled !! I was never going to that meeting anyway !! Because again we couldn't bring our professionals or ask all our questions!! Plus we already told him and agent multiple time meeting can only be at my moms attorneys office with our professionals and all questions will be asked !! Mike then said if I you don't take review Down see what happens to you !! Im not taking this down even after Mike who is Coo From alliance public adjusters group in doylestown threatened me !!! Stay clear of this company !!! Funny I thought alliance worked for my mom!! My mom past 6 months ago so we are her voice !!! Update !! As of August 30 2018 Alliance hired a attorney 2 weeks ago I have been contacted two more times by allianceS attorney telling me to take this post down and also stating the attorney said they didn't like me updating review !! If posts doesn't come down and I sign a document by September 8 2018 There lawyer threatens to take me toCourt !! My Attorney responded back to alliances attorney Stating we would temporarily take down review show of good faith day of meeting as long as all family members our professionals were aloud to be there also Poa at the time of agent hiring and claim also agent who was hired to handle claim and restoration and who hired James Wagner president of alliance public adjusters doylestown Pa and Eric bones contracter and it would be held at my moms attorneys office !! Review would go back up and updated if all our questions and concerns weren't addressed and we were satisfied !!Response from Alliance public adjusters Of Doylestown pa attorney was they would agree to the meeting as long as we would take down reviews before meeting and even if I or our family or our professionals weren't satisfied with there answers to our questions or outcome of meeting ! I couldn't put back up my reviews or release new ones or update any results or previous reviews !! Imagine that they want us to be silent and just except it !! October 15/2018 My Attorney responded that this is unexceptable!! If meeting turns out unsatisfactory or questions remain or all our terms for this meeting aren't met the review will be put back up and updated !! We want answers !! As of 11/05/18 no response from alliances Attorney!! Right is Right and wrong is wrong !! And truth shall set you free !!! Please share And Save yourself 4 years of total anguish !! Like many people in my area we suffered hail damage to our home in May 2019. I first I did not make much of the storm, then I noticed neighbors were having their roofs replaced. I decided it would be best to have my roof checked and made a claim. My insurance told me I had no damage, which made little sense as many of my immediate neighbors were having roof work done. I decided to contact Alliance Adjustment and Wade contacted me. Wade was very friendly and professional, he got started right away and within about a week or so he had a settlement offer from the insurance. Wade continue to work on the claim and was able to have the offer increased. I am very happy with the outcome.
