I been going to Allheart Dental since 2016. I always have excellent customer service and now my family are going here too.

This is a hard one to review. Am I happy with the finished product yes. I am disappointed in the billing and the rude woman that kept trying to get $538 from me. I had seven teeth pulled and I had to get a partial. Okay fine! The partial looks darn good! I can smile again. My real issue was billing. When I started with the process I had one insurance carrier. In the middle I changed jobs and got a new one. They billed both insurances and still tried to collect $538 from me. Saying they couldn't see the other payment. I am showing you the EOB, I received. The woman at the front desk caught and attitude. I caught one back. You are not going to charge me when you charge both insurance companies and the amount they paid you was more than what I owed. I watch what I spend, who pays what and I know insurance in billing. I felt they either didn't think I understood EOB or thought I wouldn't pay attention. Now nasty attitude lady, wasn't at the front desk ironically when I came to get my partial. But she was there. However, the nice young lady who remembered my horrible attitude still gave me excellent service and went over with her manager my billing. No, attitude just smiled. Which in turn let me keep my cool. She sits away from the door with blonde hair. I wish I could rate every aspect separately. I am brave enough to show all the aspects so take what you may from the pictures. Had someone call me by the name of Paola, after I expressed to them months ago I didn't want to do business with them anymore due to their lack of professionalism. After I told the lady to stop calling me and harassing me to book an appointment, the lady used profanity towards me, told me to "pull up" as if she wanted to cause violent physical harm towards me. These people are absolutely ghetto and are basically a bunch of "hood rats". I filed a police report, and will be contacting the "BBB" to file a report of harassment's towards them. Also I will be telling my mother, younger sister, and grandmother to no longer give you our family's business and other people I know through social media. Very bad after waiting two hours They said the doctor not available. And the worst scenario I had appointment. Ridiculous.

This is a money mill. They will tell you that you need work you don't actually need done just so they can charge you. Worst dentist's office I've ever been to. First, they overcharged me according to my insurance and I've been fighting them to get my money back. The regional manager continually dodges my calls and doesn't call back. Then, during my wife's appointment, when they told her they needed to redo 6 fillings, my wife mentioned that her last dentist (whom she saw 6 months ago) didn't mention these issues and questioned whether this was something that really needed to be done. The dentist then stomped out of the room like a little baby (how dare a client advocate for themselves!). I will say one thing, the office people are nice enough. They didn't do anything wrong. They just happen to have a clown for a dentist and regional manager that doesn't return phone calls. What a joke this place is. Absolute amateur hour here. The B-Team. If you value your money and your time, go elsewhere. These are hacks that got their dental degrees from a cereal box. Also, Allheart finally sent me my statement after 5 months when I dropped this same negative review on Google. Amazing how that works. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. My husband went to have dental work done. She was really rough and put him on a lot of pain. When it came time to file the claim, they filed it under my name! I requested that the fix it numerous times. They refuse to see their mistake much less fix it. It's fraud at this point and talking to someone who knows what they're doing is next to impossible. Also when we were in the office they played rap. Loudly. There were lots of children around they didn't seem to care. One of the most unprofessional places I've been at. In late November 2018, BOTH my husband and I went to All Heart, for consultations. We BOTH have excellent insurance. We both haven't been to a dentist in a couple of years so we expected we needed some work done. After my exam, I needed a deep cleaning and 7 OLD fillings replaced. No shock to me. They gave me a price outta pocket of 280.00 and "we can do it today"- I explained that " we were only in for an examination and I would need to budget this because it was both my husband and I. I had no idea what his out-of-pocket cost was going to be at this moment. We would set up an appointment and come in for the work." The nurse left and comes back and says "well if you do it today we will charge you 265.00"- my response was a polite "no I wanna budget this and wait till we are BOTH done with our exams"- she leaves and comes back 2 more times- each time the price got less. The last time she came in, I said, "what part of NO don't you understand. If your boss sends you in again WE ARE WALKING OUT!" I was sick of the high pressure sales they were doing. I then said "take me to my husbands room" I'm escorted to his room- texting him saying "don't agree to anything with these people- they are pushing this to hard." My husband has a cavity, and three wisdom teeth, plus a cleaning. The nurse says, "we can remove 2 wisdom teeth and do the cavity for 65.00 today"- I stopped her, "why would you ONLY remove two of his wisdom teeth leaving one behind?" Her response was "that's all your insurance will cover"- I fired back, "we will pay for that single tooth! It's pointless to leave him with one wisdom tooth- ESPECIALLY IF ITS CRACKED ALREADY!" They leave the room, and come back- We paid them 65.00 for my husbands work on the spot. We set an appointment in EARLY December for my husbands teeth extractions. We arrive at all heart on a Saturday in Early December for the wisdom teeth removal. RIGHT FROM THE START this goes bad! They insist they are only pulling two teeth. It got to the point that "if you don't take all three we are leaving! We agreed that all three were coming out during our consultations a few weeks prior"- it took them 20 minutes to get their acts together. The doctor comes in and I noticed they only had Novacaine syringe is laid out. They were going to pull his teeth with just simple Novocain. I stopped the doctor and said, " are you going to gas gym? When I had my teeth out the gassed me." The doctor says "we can"-I said "gas him and put him out for this"-as he began the anesthetic I left the room so they could work. The teeth were removed in about 1 hour. I had my feeling appointments and cleaning appointment for the week following. We had to cancel that appointment. We called on the Wednesday prior because we were expecting an extremely bad weather in Texas. We don't drive long-distance is in bad weather. Also my husband was still healing from his teeth extraction the week prior. I called and spoke to the receptionist and explain to them the situation and we would reschedule for after the holidays. A few days later I had a feeling fallout. It needed immediate attention. I found a local dentist in Commerce, Texas- near the college. I went in to have the filling replaced. They did an assessment on me. I needed seven fillings replaced. The cost?- 180.00. All Heart wanted 250+ for the same work. I had the dentist in commerce do all my work. I could not of been happier. We decided to switch our dental care to the commerce dentist. And then the calls began from All Heart. We averaged 1 or 2 calls per week wanting us to come in for the remainder of our work. We have EXPLAINED our position with them- but each time they are "selling" themselves and trying to pressure us to coming back. Just now, they called- this time I wasn't polite. I demanded them to STOP CALLING- TAKE OUR NAMES OFF your list of people to call! We ARE NOT COMING BACK! I accused them of being "tells marketers with a doctors degree"- This places isn't a doctors office- it's a kin to "used car sales" but with teeth! I would not even give them 1 star but that's not an option. Use this place at your own risk. They clearly put money over health care read more

Let see where to start so in September I made a appointment with this place and I was told that I needed two crowns and that it was a emergency. So I was getting a deep cleaning and the dentist started working on my teeth and then before I knew it he was grinding to put crowns in also. After all said and done I was told that I needed to pay 250.00 and would have a balance of 558.00. I had no choice but to pay since he had already started the work. I had a family emergency and could not pay the 558.00 but Carmen call me in November to get another cleaning and that I needed to come in. I explained to her I was still needing my crowns but still I didn't go to the appointment. On 1/16/2018 o get a statement from my insurance oh but did I forget to tell you in September I had one job and in October I changed jobs and had new insurance my first day of employment. Well back to the story I got charged twice once in September to one insurance and the second time to the new insurance in November. All done be Carmen and Josh and even went to the extent to sign my name so the insurance could pay them. 4000.00 total that the insurance companies paid them and still no crowns. The owner won't return my calls and that location has no manager I guess. Please be careful and reconsider going to this location!!!!!! Daisy the front desk clerk lied to me about being able to see the main Dr. just to get me in! Once they took pictures of the tooth that i was complaining about the lady Dr. walked in that originally told me i should take the old fillings out because in today's time they use different filling material compared to back then. I asked her can she get me the main Dr. because thats who i was here to see! i told her when you did my teeth the last time you didn't do it right! Trust me it was all a money scam let alone my teeth was hurting even worse after she did it so that's why i requested the main Dr. which is a guy that had done previous work on me. Come to fine out he no longer works there! But Daisy the clerk told me he only works on Thursday. WoW! They wanted me to pay out of pocket so i called my insurance and they said no because it had already been paid for in the past so it was their job to fix it the correct way! I literally waited in the room for a hour and a half just to go back and forth with the rude office manager which doesn't like me because i got him in trouble before! You can definitely blame him for the way the front desk clerks are trained and taught to treat patients! I'm going to call the News station and get them involved and previous patients so we can stand outside with signs to show AllHeart Dental we demand professionalism and to be treated with respect! My husband Greg had a bad toothache. The dentist pulled his tooth and immediately afterwards someone came in his room and asked for his drivers license. She came back into his room (while he was fully medicated and in severe pain) and told him he had great credit and he should get a bridge. My husband doesn't remember much after that. He came home and went straight to bed. Later he gets an email from Sunbit financial stating he owes over 2,500 for procedure at Allheart. My husband tried calling Allheart but they won't help him. We contacted Channel 5 news and they will help. I also posted on Facebook under Red Oak talk. You can read over 60 complains regarding Allheart Dental. I was very disappointed in Allheart Dental in Red Oak. 20 minutes prior to our appointment, they called "just to make sure" we were coming. I'm not sure why as we weren't late. Following that we had to wait for what seemed forever in the lobby before being brought back to the chair. Once we were finally back, they took xrays of my children, shielded for the panoramic xrays and failed to shield my son from the bitewing xrays. After about an hour of my son waiting, they finally got my daughter into her own chair. They weren't going to shield my 5 year old daughter either until I requested they do so. More waiting. Finally got a doctor in the room and my husband and I felt they recommended unnecessary work. We will not be returning. read more

Good manners prevent me from saying what I really wish, so I will simply state the facts of my case. I saw the dentist at the Allheart Dental in Red Oak, David Xiao, on 11/19/2019. It was the same day the building was hit by a car; my appointment was literally right after that happened. I was placed in an examination room with a partially-collapsed wall from the impact. My child was placed in the neighboring examination room. I was later moved. The floors were dirty and had trash and discarded dental implements scattered about. Each examination room I saw looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. All of the hand sanitizer stations I found were empty (mind you, this was before COVID). The bathroom had no hand soap and was out of toilet paper. There were not more of either item in adjacent bathroom storage. This office wasn't just having a "bad day" but was systemically dirty. The staff did not seem to care when I mentioned any of these things. My child and I had cleanings performed and I had a broken molar prepped to receive a crown. I made a partial payment for this crown, but after reflecting on my experience, I did not want to go back to this office. I started communicating with the Allheart Dental in Grand Prairie and requested a follow-up appointment there instead, because the temporary cap that David Xiao installed fell off almost immediately. I spoke with the staff there about my experience and emphasized that I did not want to return to the Red Oak office. I requested that their office coordinate with David Xiao about a refund of my partial payment for the crown. Months passed and I was told repeatedly that the Grand Prairie office either spoke with him directly about the issue and instructed him to contact me, or left messages reminding him that the issue was unresolved. He never contacted me. I finally went back to the Red Oak office and spoke with David Xiao directly. He made a big show out of appearing surprised, saying that the Grand Prairie office had never spoken to him about the incident or my request for a refund and that he had no idea what I was talking about. He said he would get back to me with numbers for a refund. He did not. More months passed. If I called and left a message with the Red Oak office, he never returned them. He started having his staff tell me he wasn't in the office when I called, but when I showed up to request copies of my paperwork, he was sitting right there at the front desk. He would turn away and pretend not to see me, or get up and leave with a pretense of suddenly being busy. He did this more than once. At one point he told me the girl who'd been handling my case had been fired, so he had no records of anything we'd spoken about, even though I'd spoken on the phone with her half an hour before and she'd recognized me immediately. It has been a year and a half now and David Xiao has refused at every step to communicate with me like a professional doctor, much less a decent or forthright person, and has been financially and intellectually dishonest. He has made no attempt to issue my refund and I finally contacted my insurance company to inform them of the circumstances, because they also paid for a product/service that I still haven't received. Frankly, I do not trust his office to administer care with any real regard for the cleanliness of their location or for the safety of their patients, and I would not recommend any person that I cared about to their services. read more

My son had a filling. I told them we would come back a different day to do it because i had 2 small kids with me who would not sit that long. Thats where i got uneasy when they told me i can leave my son with them and take the ither 2 to mcdonalds. No. I will not leave my kid with ANYONE. anyways.. 2 days later it fell out while playimg soccer. No fault to him (no aticky candy or crunchy anything) got it fixed, 1 week later it fell out AGAIN. Went back to get it fixed and left a bad review. Got a phone call from someone in upper management that offered me a monetary gift card to remove my review. What a joke. Trying to pay me to keep quiet about faulty work. That should be illegal. They push sales too hard and do horrible work. Fast forward. The 3rd time... Filli g came out. First, they offer every patient $ off their procedures to write a positive review. (Thus the high rating and numerous reviews) Second, they have NO dental technicians so the Dr. does your cleaning, meaning you could wait HOURS. Third, when you decline to do the work they want to do, the cleaning IS SO pathetic I rescheduled and got another one done at another dental office. This dr. wanted to replace every almost filling in my mouth because they apparently weren't done right. Second opinion - nothing wrong w. fillings. He wanted to redo my crown. Second opinion - the crown is fine and until it presents a problem, no reason to mess with it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Be aware of this dentist. They claim I had 6 cavities, when I did not. I go to my 15 year dentist regularly. I decided to give Allheart a try because they were closer to my house, since I move. That was a big mistake. I went for a routine cleaning. They examined my teeth claiming 6 cavities. They kept harassing me to let them fill the cavities. I kept telling them no. Then they said they would fill two cavities for free. I can't understand why they would want to fill my cavities for free, when I have very good insurance. The cleaning was horrible. They billed my insurance for 6 cavities and a cleaning. They billed my insurance for work they did not do. I went back to my dentist to get a follow up because where saying they did the work. My 15 year dentist X-ray didn't show any cavities that had been freshly filled, nor did it show I had 6. They lie about cavities and bill your insurance without doing the work. After reading the reviews on this place, I see there are a lot of people reviews match mine. read more

I went to the dentist for the second time the first visit was great, I got a nice bridge for my teeth.went back several months later after I saved up the money to get another bridge, another dentist was working the original dentist had left ,so 2000 dollars later and 2 months later I just want you to know I have one ugly bridge the entire visit was a disaster I would not recommend them to any one ever. read more

I have been to All Heart Dental in Red Oak before yesterday and have had 1 1/2 hr. dental work previously done. Yesterday I had an appointment for a tooth extraction. I had never had any problems before and the Dentist was very kind and gentle before. I saw the same Dentist yesterday. He put 3 injections on the site and I asked for gas which was Bubble gum flavor. Although it did not seen to work as well as before I gave it no thought. When the Dentist came in to check on me after 2 shots I told I'm I could still feel the tooth, so he gave me another shot at the site. A few minutes later he returned and proceeded to extract my tooth! At the first (whatever he does) pass it felt like someone was holding a branding iron on my gum and the pain was extremely bad! Needless to say I sat up, said a few not so nice words and he told me to lay back down, as I did. Again he yanked and it hurt so bad !!! I was holding the arm rest really tight and my feel were on the table it was not good. He told me that he was almost done and he got the plower looking thing and pulled on the tooth and with great pain the tooth was extracted. He said he was not giving me any antibiotic but if an infection can on he would. He said I would be ok and walked out of the room! The Assistant who was there kept telling me she was so sorry for what had just happened. I have NEVER had a tooth extraction that was so painful before from any other Dentist I have gone to. All of the other staff I have encountered have been very friendly and kind.....if I go back I will request another Dentist. read more

Very deceptive business practices. I called last week to get a quote on pulling my Wisdom Teeth. I was quoted $75-$121 per tooth. When I get there to get my tooth pulled they told me it was going to be close to $200 per tooth. I told them they had quoted me the $75-$121 per tooth, but they said they could give me the $121 price if I payed like $60 for there special payment incentive. So that brings my total back up closer to the $200 mark. When I originally called there was no up charge, or a fee for a lower price. They basically got me in the door, and then tried to pull the carpet from underneath me. I am just glad I asked to see my total cost (I don't currently have insurance) before they pulled said tooth. I did not get the tooth pulled, and I wont be back based on principal. read more

Allheart Dental did a fantastic job of getting me in on the same day and within an hour of my toothaches. I woke up one morning in excruciating pain on a Saturday and thought that I would have to suffer this pain for the entire weekend. Thankfully Allheart Dental was there to help me get rid of the pain I was in. 2 root canals and a tooth extraction later had me in 0 pain and the staff was very friendly and constantly made sure to check on me to see if I was ok. Definitely recommend to those who are curious. Very clean and great customer service couldn't ask for more from a dentist clinic. read more

Horrible experience! I'm a DA and my office is always too booked at the end of the year so I got a flyer for this place by my house. Figured I'd get my last cleaning this year and a visa gift card. The "cleaning" was not good, my oral b does a better job. The cleaning lasted 5 mins itself. I was there for 2 hrs. Overdiagnosed fillings and pushed very hard to get the treatment done. I would not recommend or trust them with my family or friends. And I still haven't received a copy of treatment plan I requested. read more

So the tooth sensitivity finally went away after I used the prescription toothpaste for about a month. Although, I have had nothing but problems with the teeth they have "fixed." My tooth that was sensitive when I bit down is still sensitive. I maxed out my insurance for the year with Allheart so I'm going to have another dentist office look at it in January. They also fixed a broken tooth on the bottom, right below it and it feels like raw nerves when I bite down. Then, the root canal I had done didn't last but a month or so before the tooth had split and there was decay and particles in it. The dentist I saw said it wasn't properly sealed from the original dentist I saw so they replaced the filling for free. I still need a crown over it. I originally went in there for ONE TOOTH, had them "fix" several. I can't even remember which tooth I originally went in for but I would have been 100X better to leave all my teeth needed fillings alone. read more

It had been years since I had been to the dentist so I was really nervous and embarrassed about my teeth. Dr. Song was very kind and thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done from my x-rays. He even did all of the work (and there was a lot lol) that needed to be done right then on the spot so I didn't have to come back for a second visit. I went to Allheart Dental in Red Oak due to an emergency dental issue. He was the only dentist open near me on a Saturday. I knew I needed an antibiotic. The facility was not clean, the examination rooms had debris on the floor, water stains on the ceiling and tears in the dental examination chair. I found the staff to be totally inept, took NUMEROUS tries to get the x-ray done. It was totally impersonal, they didn't connect with you at all. Then the dentist came in, didn't introduce himself, said hello behind my back. He looked in my mouth, made the staff take some MORE x-rays and then came back in. He said he would need to pull 4 teeth. I told him I just needed him to give me a prescription for an antibiotic and I would see my primary dentist on Monday. I did see my dentist, he did pull one tooth but thinks the other 3 will be fine. I wouldn't recommend this facility to my worst enemy. read more

I just moved to Red Oak recently and while I was eating lunch I felt a filling break. I called immediately around and they got me in within an hour. I was thankful but as soon as I got into the office I could tell customer service was poor. First, I was not greeted at all. Front receptionist was with another patient but she didn't even look up or acknowledge me. Then I got called into the back, they had the wrong patent info up and the hygienist kept asking me questions like she didn't believe me. The other patients picture was on the screen and it was obviously not me why she questioned me so much was ridiculous. When they finally straightened that out I moved to another room where I waited for an hour for the dr to start any work at all. While in the chair he made a comment about a scar on my face asking if I was going to see a dermatologist for it. This is rude!! I'm already self conscious about this new scar so for him to make a insensitive comment is horrible bedside manner. Then he also made a comment about why I moved to Texas from California. It is none of his business so for him to say "I would never leave California if I was in your shoes" was uncalled for. I left California after a tragic event took place within my family and it was devastating. Again, don't be rude!
