I know some others have complained about their door being locked or not getting fast answers. As a small family-owned business, I understand that they prioritize the safety and comfort of the client they are with in the moment. I feel safe knowing the doors are locked while I'm in session, and my time is never interrupted by a ringing phone or people wandering the hallway. I appreciate how they prioritize my experience and healing.
