I really don't like giving places bad reviews but the service I got for my FIRST visit was completely unacceptable. 1. The stylist I scheduled with was literally 15 minutes late to our appointment because she was out at her car talking to her boyfriend.. 2. I was getting color treatment (low lights). She left me sitting in the dryer area for over 35 minutes *past* when the dryer timer went off. My phone died in that time because I was waiting so long. Why? Because she was too busy talking to another client about coronavirus. I actually thought she forgot about me. I was about to go get her when she came back to me. 3. After this appointment, my hair was very damaged. Probably because I was left with dye in my hair so long. It fell out in clumps for weeks after. I've had my hair dyed many times in the past and this has never ever happened to me. No professional stylist has EVER left me that long. I don't care that she had another client.. it's whatever. Make your money. But for Christ's sake, don't stand there and talk to them for 20 minutes when you have another client with chemicals sitting in their hair. I tipped her regardless because I'm not an asshole. But I'm never coming back. Worst hair appointment ever.

How can you be certain some random guy won't make you look like a clown? You don't want to look like a clown. I call for an appointment and usually can get in same day or next day. There's a bunch of other folks, but I'm only experienced with David. David won't make you look like a clown.
