The technician that came did not…read morespeak English and had difficulty explaining to me what the concern was however, he did get across that I needed to replace the toilets. The home is less than 10 years old so replacing toilets seemed a bit excessive. I ended up researching the noise the toilet was making myself and realized that it was something that can be fixed pretty easily. I called the manager and spoke to him regarding the poor advice received in regards to replacing the toilets, and he said they would send a second technician to assess the situation. Instead, he sent me a message stating that the initial technician was right and did not send another technician to assess . I ended up going with a different company who came and replaced the valve ...which successfully lowered my water bill by 50%. Problem fixed - without having to replace the entire toilet. I was initially a fan of NSP, but this last visit was very disheartening. I think if they had sent a second technician to evaluate what I was concerned about, they would have seen that the first technician was indeed wrong. I will not be using them again.

SoFlow came on time and the installer was the same guy that initially inspected her old unit. Both gentlemen were very nice and they did a great job taking away the old unit and putting the new unit on a new pad and plumbing in the ducting and drain pipe. The woman said that she would check and see if a maintenance guy was in the area and call me right back. She never called back. I called again and got a different person who told me that someone could show up and take a look at it some time later that day. Someone did show up and told me that the air conditioner could not be fixed and that I needed to buy a new one. I said, fine, they gave me a quote and said someone will be out the following day between 1 and 4 to install it. They never showed up between 1 and 4 so I called them. The woman that answered said she would check on it and call me right back. She never called me back. So, I called again, I spoke to someone else who told me that they would be at my place in about an hour. They never showed up, they never called to let me know they were not coming either. I called the main office again, nobody picked up so I left a message. Nobody called me back. So, the next day I called again. The woman said she could not get a hold of the maintenance guy and transferred me over to him. He never answered so my message went to his voicemail. He never called me back. I called the main office again, nobody answered so I left a message. They never called me back so I called again. The guy said he would check on it. He apologized that it had taken so long and that nobody had gotten back to me. He said that they could reschedule it for the following day from 11-1. They did not show up between 11-1 so I once again called them. They said they would check on it. She got back to me and said that they would be there within the hour. They didn't arrive for two more hours. They eventually did replace the air conditioner and sent me a bill. I sent this review to them through their website contact page before posting it hoping that they might say, oh we're sorry about all this etc., but of course, nobody ever replied to me.
