That is the appropriate way to treat someone with injury. I went in yesterday for a consultation. We went over X-rays and he showed me what he saw and gave his recommendations. I came in also today for a follow up and to sign up for treatment plan. First, I love the ambiance of the office. He has soft music playing in background and keeps the office dimly lit. It creates the atmosphere of calm and serenity. He has different equipment used for rehab and therapy. Including what I call the booty shaker (the machine that you stand on and it vibrates) LOL. My shoulder was aching behind the shoulder blades and he used a massage gun to help break up that tension. His pricing is reasonable. I would say half of what some other places were charging when I called around. First impressions go a long way and I am excited to get my back in top shape.

At first, I assumed it was just a one-time scheduling issue, but it has happened repeatedly. What's more concerning is the noticeable difference in how certain patients are greeted and attended to. Some individuals seem to receive a much warmer welcome and quicker service, while others are left waiting without any clear explanation. As a patient, that raises concerns about fairness and professionalism. It's also been extremely inconvenient to spend time and gas getting to my appointment, only to end up waiting 30 minutes or more and sometimes having to leave without being seen. That's not acceptable for anyone with a scheduled appointment. Additionally, I've had concerns about the quality of care--there have been instances where I was not properly set up on the machines, which makes me question whether I'm even receiving the correct treatment. I understand that clinics can get busy and that different therapists may have different schedules, but when this pattern continues without transparency, it becomes frustrating and concerning.
