I get so busy running my business, that it is incredibly reassuring knowing that I don't have to stay on top of her to get things done. She is also really nice and gets back to me quickly when I have any questions. Top notch service, I would recommend her to anyone.

I got her telephone number from my podiatrist. Apparently, there are working with her on a trial basis. I had bought insoles from my doctor cash. I had to return them and had an okay to do so as well at time of purchase. When I came into the office to return them, I was told that their new payroll department had to pay me back with a check. It would take two weeks. I don't want to be a whiner, but that seemed excessive after I had paid in cash. Anyway, I agreed. Two weeks came and no check. I waited longer, still no check. I got Krista's number from my doctor's office and called her. She said she mailed out the check. I told her that. I had actually gone to my doctors office and they paid me out the cash already, but my problem now was that I had such low funds in my bank that I got an overdraft, because I had counted on getting that check. We are a family living on extremely low income. When Cancer is involved in the family, it makes it all the more difficult. Krista at one point suggested I keep the check to pay the overdraft, then in the same sentence she said it would be a blessing in disguise, but I probably would need to pay it back. Then she went on to lecture me about how I should manage my money and not have overdrafts! Wow! And here is the best part...... The check never came. So sad. So my advice is please don't lecture people especially when you can't do your job.

Without her help, I would never have been able to use my OnPoint points for a flight to Montana. (Funny thing is I actually ran into her at the Seattle/Tacoma airport when I did.) I have never waited too long or felt rushed at this branch. It's a wonderful place to do business!

I've been an OnPoint member for 31 years (formerly Portland Teachers)…read more I walked in on a Friday afternoon, roughly 1:00 PM. I knew that any wire transfers that do not get sent past 2:30pm on a Friday get sent Monday. I walked into the branch and told them I wanted to wire transfer $60,000 to my brokerage account, to buy stocks. I played a shell game for over an hour where the bank tellers pretended to be ignorant about how to send a wire transfer. I even called my brokerage on the phone and had him explain all the details to the bank teller and it was excuse after excuse. After finally threatening to close all my accounts and saying, "if you don't get this wire transfer by today, I'm walking out of this bank today with $60,000 in cash." The teller finally decided to stop playing dumb and wire transfer my money. I was respectful throughout this HOUR ordeal (not waiting, they were just pretending to be stupid to not send the money). They even threatened to call the cops on me because I raised my voice and said "IVE BEEN WAITING FOR A WIRE TRANSFER FOR OVER AN HOUR AND NOBODY CAN FIGURE THIS OUT!?" They tried to wait past the deadline so the bank got my interest over 3 more days. Onpoint, after this situation, I have opened an account with Sofi, where I can wire transfer without human interaction. If you don't put customers first, you will lose customers.
