I'm a no-non-sense person, when it comes to taking care of things professionally; it was very important to me that license and certifications for a given area be obtain to feel that at least I can say to myself this person gets their knowledge for a reliable source. The next two area I must have in doing business on a large project is ease when communicating, consistent in keeping your word and showing up on time. I purchased a house and needed a home inspection. The company, I used prior came out and was actually flirting with my realtor instead of taking care of the business agreed on between us. They even made me feel treated as a 3rd party after the inspection. Chris was great! He was friendly, knowledgeable and detail oriented. Walked me thru the whole house and explained all of the issues which added possibly another hour to the inspection. Inspection report was completed the next day. Actually the inspection report was so thorough I had to ask him for a revision that listed only the major points which he had no problem doing. Chris did an inspection for a commercial property for me. He put us on schedule on a short notice, and showed up on time. He spent enough time to check things and made sure had everything we asked for in the report. He had the report ready the third day in the morning and added stuff after we had a conference call with my realtor twice. He made sure what we asked for was in the report. He is knowledgeable not only about the different parts of a home such as attics and electrical systems, but also on related legal codes. My husband and I are in escrow on a home built in the 1940s and knew that we needed to a home inspector that would be very thorough to ensure that nothing was missed. Chris was exactly that! He was very professional, knowledgeable, detail oriented, and was able to explain the deficits he found on the home in a way that made it easy for us to understand. I just got in escrow for my new condo in Irvine and I called ALLDUNES and they came down and gave me such a detailed report , showed me the flaws and all in the house, minor fixes and all and not only did he provide me with the inspection report he is a fully licensed contractor who also gave me quotes on to fix these minor fixes for cheap as well, Chris the guy who did the inspection and the report was very professional and soo friendly I would recommend him for the inspection and for the fixes as well! read more
