That's a blatant disregard of the patients time. I have had 7 doc appts in the last 1.5 years and maybe I have been extra lucky but this is the first time I encounter this DMV like service. Honestly, this place was the worst. Don't schedule me for a morning appt if the doc won't even arrive on time.

El proceso de pre-op fue bueno. Me dieron toda la información que solicité y respondieron todas mis preguntas. Reservé mi cirugía aprox 4 meses antes. Hubo algunos exámenes que decidí hacerme en Miami (yo viajé desde California). Solo 1 de los exámenes me mandaron a hacerlo en un lugar diferente, pero no tuve ningún problema con eso. Enero 8: me pidieron que llegara a las 9 am, estuve allí todo el día, salí a las 4 pm . Seré honesta, fue cansado pero no me arrepiento. Ese día llené y firmé muchos documentos (completamente comprensible) creo que estuve más de 1 hora llenando documentos (cada cirugía implica más papeles por firmar). También conocí a mi doctor, respondió absolutamente todas mis preguntas, fue muy detallado en conocer exactamente los resultados que yo quería tener. Ví a mi doctor al rededor de 5 veces más cuando estaba en mis masajes post-op. Enero 9: me pidieron llegar a las 10 am, me pidieron guardar mi celular a la 1:30 pm, creo que la cirugía fue a las 3 pm (no puedo estar segura porque no tenía forma de saberlo), no sé a qué hora salí de cirugía pero desperté a las 6 pm aprox y me entregaron con mi acompañante a las 6:30 pm. Días posteriores... Pagué por 10 masajes, enero 10 recibí mi primer masaje, iba aterrada, muerta de miedo de pensar lo mucho que me dolería... para mi sorpresa, no fue tan terrible como lo imaginé. Ana, mi masajista, es la mejor! La amé cada día que me masajeaba. No puedo mentir, los masajes son un poco dolorosos, pero no es algo como para morirte del dolor (por lo menos no lo fue para mi). Recibí 1 masaje diario... Ana no solo hizo el masaje, ella ponía música para que me relajara, me hablaba, me contaba historias, nos reíamos juntas... fue 100% profesional, pero su agradable manera de ser me hizo sentir muy cómoda, tranquila y relajada. Después de cada masaje me sentía mucho mejor, y cada día que pasaba me iba sintiendo mejor. Extraño mucho a Ana, lastimosamente no pude encontrar a nadie en California que me hiciera masajes como ella Hoy es mi día 16 post-op. Estoy muy contenta con mis resultados, el bbl y el tamaño de los senos me encantan. Solo hay 2 cosas con las que quiero ser honesta. 1. Pezones desiguales, uno quedó más pequeño que el otro y no tan redondo. No es una gran diferencia pero se puede notar. 2. Abdomen, mi abdomen aún no luce como yo quisiera (plano), pero creo que es normal, según me han dicho sigue inflamado y con el paso de los meses veré mejores resultados. Todo hay que decirlo, desde enero 8 el Dr Valladares me dijo que necesitaría masajes por 3 meses para obtener los mejores resultados y eso es lo que estoy haciendo.

Dr. Valladares decided not to operate because of my kidney levels I suppose were below comfort of recovery -- yes I was disappointed since all my labs were complete a month prior and a week prior before arriving and taking time off. But that's not the worst part. They took $200 cash for "prescriptions" in the office without a form of receipt and I asked about it and they said I'd receive the prescriptions day of surgery but I never received the procedure. Originally they said 3,700 but since I needed to use Care Credit they changed the price to 4,800 and charged Care Credit and my credit card the day before surgery even though the surgery never happened. I called about the refund and I was told to call Care credit and dispute the transaction. Really? That's how they handle refunds. I was supposed to call the finance company and claim I never had the procedure and they were supposed to believe me. Well I did that and filed a dispute. I called Vixen for refund on my credit card and the cash I paid for prescriptions and I have not been able to reach them since. I researched to see if this is normal practice and no! This is highly suspicious, and I should have not been charged till after the procedure. This has been so stressful, so hard on me financially and emotionally. I will continue to reach out, so whatever it takes to get my money back and let others know of how this was handled. Another lady had used Vixen as well with a different surgeon. She is convinced she is "botched" and they have "ghost surgeons" practicing along with the expected surgeon. The girls in my recovery home have been unwell, multiple ambulance services and blood transfusions. They regret the whole procedure. I visited Doral Vital Imaging on Friday, 3/22 for a CT-Scan with Contrast. The service I received…read morewas questionable. Jorge, the receptionist, was amazing. As requested, I provided the doctor's order, lab work, ID, and insurance card. When Jorge showed the doctor's order to John, the CT Scan Tech, he refused the order stating that I needed an order that was either for the brain or IAC (ear section). I reached out to the doctor's office at which time, they stated the order was correct. Being that an MRI was impossible since I have metal plates on my upper jaw and wires on my lower jaw. I tried talking to John, he would not talk to me. He did not have the courtesy to give me the time of day. He said this had to be resolved the issue with Jorge. Jorge stated it was John's final decision. At this time, I asked to speak to the facility manager, Marta. She was awesome. She listened to my explanation as to why I was unable to do an MRI. She contacted Vital Imaging at Kendall where I had tried on Tuesday, 3/19/2024 to do the MRI. She confirmed the information I provided was accurate information. She instructed John to proceed with the CT-Scan, confirming the doctor's order was correct. I want to make sure that Sonia, Administrator, is aware that Marta was of great help. Thanks God that the facility has "people person" such as Marta to interact with the patients. John is by no means a tactful employee when attending to people/patients, especially when serving the elderly. As a loyal Vital Imaging patient, I feel that staff needs to be sympathetic to the patients' needs. Not just a robot as in a factory.

I later learned that the machine they use is outdated, which explains the terrible results. I had to get a second MRI at a different facility, and that one clearly showed the tear that the Millennium machine completely missed. I also tried calling explaining the issue, they only told me thats what the radiologist read on the MRI. The issue is not the radiologist but the outdates MRiI machine. II later find out its one of the oldest machines out there. In the end, it was a total waste of money , time and delay in treatment. Save yourself the frustration--please don't waste your money here!
