Working with an out-of-state Plastic surgery company is difficult in its own however, I had a great…read morecoordinator that listened to what I had to say responded provided me everything that I needed to provide me calm me down when I was stressing out however, the communication is very hard for the simple factors. I had one Coordinater with me throughout the whole time and she was awesome. I think her name was Vanessa, but I'm not sure or Amanda maybe lol however then another Coordinater called me and then another Coordinater called me and the only problem with that was they don't talk amongst each other however, the coordinator that I had she was great and unfortunately, I didn't get to do my Plastic surgery because they're very vigilant about your health and they found something in my EKG, which set alarm for my regular doctor to help me see a cardiologist and found out that my heart probably wouldn't make it through surgery so I give them a Maybe because working with an out of state. I'm in California. They're in Miami, is hard enough. It appears that they do great work and I give them 10 stars for making sure that I was healthy enough to go through surgery and come to find out I wasn't but when I'm up and running, I will have my surgery done by then I trust them now and you should too thank you Vixen Plastic surgery for making sure my quality of life was recognized and it was recognized by Dr. Triggs so thank you. Dr. Valladares decided not to operate because of my kidney levels I suppose were below comfort of recovery -- yes I was disappointed since all my labs were complete a month prior and a week prior before arriving and taking time off. But that's not the worst part. They took $200 cash for "prescriptions" in the office without a form of receipt and I asked about it and they said I'd receive the prescriptions day of surgery but I never received the procedure. Originally they said 3,700 but since I needed to use Care Credit they changed the price to 4,800 and charged Care Credit and my credit card the day before surgery even though the surgery never happened. I called about the refund and I was told to call Care credit and dispute the transaction. Really? That's how they handle refunds. I was supposed to call the finance company and claim I never had the procedure and they were supposed to believe me. Well I did that and filed a dispute. I called Vixen for refund on my credit card and the cash I paid for prescriptions and I have not been able to reach them since. I researched to see if this is normal practice and no! This is highly suspicious, and I should have not been charged till after the procedure. This has been so stressful, so hard on me financially and emotionally. I will continue to reach out, so whatever it takes to get my money back and let others know of how this was handled. Another lady had used Vixen as well with a different surgeon. She is convinced she is "botched" and they have "ghost surgeons" practicing along with the expected surgeon. The girls in my recovery home have been unwell, multiple ambulance services and blood transfusions. They regret the whole procedure. She came to her appointment today, and as soon as she arrived and showed up, the front desk staff told us that she couldn't get the test because her insurance hadn't approved it and that she had to reschedule for another day. We called my mother's insurance, Molina-Medicaid, and they informed us that they had sent her the order request today at the same time we arrived at Vital Imaging, and that it would take several days to be approved. Vital Imaging gave her the appointment for today without her insurance approving the request. Poor work by Vital Imaging; they can't schedule an appointment for a test, in this case the MRI, without prior authorization from her health insurance. They brought my mother in, who is completely sick, in addition to her age (85), and with such a straight face, they come to us and tell us that her insurance won't approve the MRI. This is disrespectful, this is a breach of their employment contract, and they continue to mistreat clients, like my mother. She can barely walk. I have to miss work to accompany her to this test! Where is the quality of Vital Imagen's work? The compassion, empathy, humanism... My mother is very frustrated and doesn't understand why she can't have the MRI. These people need to be punished so that someone else, another elderly person, doesn't suffer the consequences of Vital Imagen del Doral's poor work.

I later learned that the machine they use is outdated, which explains the terrible results. I had to get a second MRI at a different facility, and that one clearly showed the tear that the Millennium machine completely missed. I also tried calling explaining the issue, they only told me thats what the radiologist read on the MRI. The issue is not the radiologist but the outdates MRiI machine. II later find out its one of the oldest machines out there. In the end, it was a total waste of money , time and delay in treatment. Save yourself the frustration--please don't waste your money here!
