Amazing amazing roofers!…read more Jacob got in touch with me right away when I put out a Yelp SOS after the recent Nor'Easter ripped off a piece of my roof. He had one of his guys here the next day and they climbed on the roof, showed me photos of the damage, and a couple of other things our roofer in 2010 never took care of. Jacob was fair with his pricing and promised to have someone out the following day once the rain had stopped. The next morning his crew showed up right on time and got to work. Four hours later my roof was fixed and in better condition than it was previously. All in all very easy experience and Jacob's workers are pleasant. They also left no mess! Highly recommend Jacob and his team to take care of your roofing needs (they do gutters, too!).

I thought a small job for what looked like a big company but gave them a call anyway. They returned my call promptly and came as soon as possible for a free estimate. After a quote they returned the next day to do the work. They said it would not take long. I was disappointed that the roofing tile just barely came to the edge of the roof. they replaced the biggest part of the nesting box cover after removing the rusted hinges and left the cover on the box unattached. I asked why they didn't rehinge it. They said it's just a coop and I can take the cover off and on. I said it needs to be attached to the coop because I need to be able to put a lock on it. My neighborhood has raccoons fox and possum. Dumb looks are still free. I asked if i went out and bought two hinges can they attach the cover to the coop and they gave me a flat no. I told them it was a cheesey job. They knocked off $50. My husband had to fill in the gaps in the roofing with silicone. Carrie Bacon

I gave my deposit and then was called several weeks later and said they could not do the job for that amount due to the rise in prices during COVID. The prices had already gone up when I was given the estimate, so I didn't understand why the sudden change. I think they realized that the estimate was on the low side. They will be sending me back my deposit, putting it in the mail tomorrow morning. I just don't think this is good business. And even if they came back and said they would do the job for the original estimate I still would not go with this company. All comments are welcome. Eddie the guy that gave me the estimate called me this morning and apologized for the mistake. Due to the COVID issues, which is like Eddie said is no ones fault everything has gone up tremendously. Even though I have never had work done by this company, I am giving it 5 stars for the Honesty. Another reason why I changed my star rating was because of customer service on the part of Eddie. It was very nice for him to take the time out to call me, and that did mean a lot. I'm just disappointed because at this point I have to put my work off till the spring.
