We hired John, the owner of Double A to replace 3 skylights in our bedroom (and also repair the…read moreroof around the skylights.) He also replaced the skylight in our living room. The living room skylight was supposed to include a shade. Each skylight was to have a 20-year warranty and be connected to a rain sensor. John did not know how to program the rain sensors. He arranged for someone allegedly from the manufacturer (we have never been given the full name of the manufacturer) to do the programing after installation. The rain sensors in our bedroom DO NOT WORK. NO SHADE has been installed in our living room. We have NOT BEEN GIVEN A WRITTEN WARRANTY for any of the skylights or any of the other work. After weeks of promises about curing the above, JOHN STOPPED ANSWERING MY CALLS AND TEXTS. WE PAID HIM $20,000.00.
