Thanks Western Windows! Western Windows installed our…read morewindows on the south side of our home in 2019. Recently, they also installed windows on the north side of our home including a patio door. We highly recommend this company. They were not the cheapest quote that we received, but they "ticked all the boxes" for us. They are a long-established local company who manufacture the windows right here in Calgary. They also have "in-house" installers and this is very important to us. It adds so much accountability, in our opinion. And, of course, we had a great previous experience with this company. The quality of the product is excellent and the workmanship is evident in both production and installation. Starting with the person who came out to discuss and quote the windows, the person who came and measured the windows, and the excellent installers - we are just so happy with our decision. This was not a "hail claim" but we do have hail damage from last year. While getting the roofing and siding quotes, whenever I mentioned that we were also going to replace some windows, we were really impressed with how many of those other companies mentioned Western Windows. They gave high praise, and what amazed me the most, is that some of those companies also install windows. Wow. That says a lot! I really wanted to share our experience, especially for anyone struggling with a decision. There are so many companies to choose from and sometimes it can be hard to decide who to select.

Their attention to details and all the extras are reflected in their pride of workmanship. Rotted sill? They got you, no extra charge. 7 stage leak proof installation with new drip caps and novaflash membrane? Amazing. Fully finished casing, even custom options if you need it? Triple check! Their warranty is unmatched, hassle free, and transferable (talk about a selling bonus!) Trevor was great during sales process and any changes and indecisiveness I had! Any other concerns are always addressed quickly, Jim was here to give great advice and not only make some minor adjustments but also double check that everything is satisfactory. Amiran and crew took time to chat about any questions I had during install. The extras they include as well as fully setting expectations with you make it a breeze to work with them. It makes for no surprises later. Questions are addressed rapidly and they take photos of the process to show you later if needed. Transparent, communicative and patient - from sales to admin -this whole team is a dream. I'm not affiliated but I feel like family! I've always said that if you're going to buy a product or service, you'll be best served to buy…read morefrom a company that is purpose and values-driven. Buy from a business who believes that profit is the result, not the reason. I've known Adam Jones for just over five years now. He is a conscientious business owner who believes that if you're going to pay for new windows and doors, have them installed, they should be leakproof for a lifetime. Having known Adam for as long as I have I can attest to his efforts to build a company that stands behind their brand promise - a promise I simply don't see very often. There is no shortage of work for businesses like Adam's in Calgary and it would be easy for him to be transactionally focused - do whatever it takes to get the business, at any cost, and move on to the next customer. However, that's not what Adam believes. In fact, I've seen him say no to business. "If can't do it right, then we won't do it at all." I think the part about Adam that really stands out is that he's a continuous learner about business and he cares deeply about the social and environmental impact of his company's actions. I've witnessed Adam in peer advisory groups, sharing knowledge and encouraging other business owners to stand for principals and values... profit takes care of itself. While I have not yet had the need to purchase his services, I would not hesitate to seek his advice and buy from him in the future. If you have any questions, just ask.

I contacted Supreme Windows and the were very quick to send a sales agent (Bruno) to give me an estimate. We settled on a very good price (1 of 5 estimates from other companies...NOT PELLA) and the installation went well. After a couple of years, some of the small argon, triple-paned roll-out units lost their seal and were failing. I contacted Supreme and they volunteered that they had a problem employee that actually sabotaged some of the production at that time. They offered to replace any failed units, no charge..AS THEY FAILED. Here we are in 2025 and the last 4 units are being replaced. Heather Thomas has been gracious, generous, prompt and represented this great company with amazing response to a, potentially, very expensive problem. They guaranteed these windows, 18 years later, with ZERO quibbling. I can't say enough good things about this company.

The installer's advise was very much appreciated. The installer was on time (in fact, early), quick, efficient and cleaned up his work area taking away our old door and parts. Truly, a great experience. Not only did we need the door out of necessity but this expense increased the visual curb appeal of our home a great deal.

It took persistant calling for several days to finally get someone to take my call. I always got "they're in a meeting". I was told there would be a service call charge, and that perhaps I needed a new remote. The appointment was booked for the afternoon, but my doorbell rang at 11am, with the agent stating I was wrong. However, I never ever book any appointment to my home before 12 noon, due to shift work. I learned an expensive lesson on why my door didn't open using the remote. The agent never left me an invoice and said I would be emailed one. One never arrived. My bill however did for close to $250. I phoned the company and again took several days before I could speak to someone. I was told I would receive a call around 4:30pm. I waited for that call. It never came. finally I got an email saying it was a service charge and vehicle/supply charge. I never received a new remote as one was not needed and no supplies were needed. My garage door was only 1 year old. An average price for a service call is around $80. I will be taking it up with my credit card company. The service is slow, poor communication and terrible customer service. I see consistently in reviews that communication is bad for years. Nothing has improved many months later.
