I called Creative Door for a service call on our existing garage door opener. Dave called me the next day to do the service. When he arrived he advised we had an old machine and that it was operating at its maximum capacity and was starting to break down. We live in a townhouse complex so we needed something quiet for the neighbours. Dave recommended a Genie opener that had a belt drive. He returned the following week to install it. Installation took less than 35 minutes and it is amazing. Very quiet and efficient. It is a lifestyle changer. The wheel came off the track, cable went flying. The technician showed up in a few hours and got it fixed in no time. He's very knowledgable and fixed the problem very quickly. The lady at the office returned my phone call promptly. I feel they are honest with their work and quote up front. I had questions about resetting the remote, the technician spent time showing me how to do it, I didn't feel like a bother. Yes would recommend. I have five garage doors and creative door has made one electronic in the shop with excellent service previously. They have now repaired my residential door with replacing the spring and engine with excellent service including changing the weatherstripping which closed the gaps which allowed blowing Snow to get in the garage! Dave the technician is from Calgary office and had to drive out to Okotoks country in terrible snowy roads and work on the door in below 20 temperatures ! if all the technicians are like him you will get A+ service! read more

The hinges came off our old garage door, rollers came off... it was scary! So the Creative Doors guy, Dave, came in to assess and did a temporary fix so that it was usable so we could order a new door.
