I contacted All Visions Landscaping based on all the 5 star Yelp reviews. We needed to have several trees cut down, bushes pulled out, replanted with new ones and a palm tree trimmed. In addition we had several tree stumps left from the previous owners of our home grind down. After communicating with Jorge, he came out the next day to review the work to be done and sent us a quote a few days later. Prices were reasonable and they could come out in the time frame we needed to have the work done. The day the work was to be done, Jorge had difficulty locating a stump grinder to rent to do the work. As a result he and his worker showed up a little over 3 hours late from the agreed time. He said he's never had the issue of renting a stump grinder. I assumed because he accepted the scope of the work that they had all the tools on hand necessary. He said he advised us that the tool was a rental l which we don't recall him saying this. Also, is if he had to rent the equipment he should have called the rental place to reserve or check availability in advance. We would have gladly reschedule that part of the job had we known of the difficulties. He reiterated that he's never had any issues just going to pick up on the same day as the project. So we told him that we needed to have the work done and asked them to come and complete the other work that was agreed too. Jorge was very apologetic several times about the mix up with the tool. The work was clean, removing all the debris, and packed it in their trailer to haul away. They also cleaned out the debris that went into our pool and also checked our sprinkler system to ensure the newly planted shrubs and remaining trees were receiving water. In addition for the inconvenience of the wait and not having the tool to complete the stump job, a small discount was offered. I initially I was going to give 3 stars as the stump grinding was one of our key items we need to have completed but gave them 4 as the remains work that was done was clean as agreed, Jorge and his worker were extremely polite, he responded quickly to all of our questions and their pricing we felt was very competitive. He did offer to have a friend who had a stump grinder to provide a quote, but it was more than double his quote. Jorge did offer if they can get the tool for the stumps they will honor the quote and gladly reschedule that part of the job at a later date. I recommend All Visions Landscaping but just be through with them on the equipment availability if they have to rent if it's not a normal landscaping job. I needed all the palm trees pruned from the front and back yard. I originally requested a quote from another business on Yelp with a ton of great reviews, and Yelp asked if I wanted to request a quote from other similar businesses so I said yes, because, why not. I don't even know which other businesses my request was sent to, but All Visions Landscape was the first to respond with a quote based on the pictures I sent (and the best rate I got as the rest of the quotes started coming in throughout the day and next few days from other businesses). We did have some reservations initially on hiring them as there were no reviews whatsoever, but we decided to give them a shot, and I'm so glad we did! They were amazing, and the two-man team did an excellent job. Jorge made sure to inquire on what I wanted (trimmed and clean, but not bare). The palm trees are so clean and tidy now. They even skimmed the pool(!) of debris and left the yard immaculate. I asked for a quote for weed-pulling while they were here, and again, very reasonable rate, so I had them do it at the same time. I was so impressed with their overall work, I hired them to be our palm tree/landscape guys for any and all future landscape work. On top on it, they have never solicited me for Yelp review of any kind. I was told they would start working at​ 7 am and they will always show up 2 hours later. The job was supposed to be completed in two days, but it wasn't because they measured incorrectly. I understand mistakes happen so I told him it was okay that I would try to get the new turf with correct measurements. There was going to be a $400 restocking fee of the old turf and he refused to pay it because he said I had purchased it, mind you I ordered exactly what he asked me to order, the problem was he didn't give me the correct measurements. And at the end, ufortunately I was not able to get the same turf to complete the job because they where out of stock and now I have about 25 feet of dirt where I was supposed to have turf. We had came to an agreement where they will put river rock on the space where the dirt was do to them not measuring correctly and he rescheduled us three times, always at the last minute. Now I have a job that I am completely unsatisfied with after spending thousands of dollars, do to there error!!! read more
