First, I appreciate that Selvin was quick to respond and great with communication. He came out by the next day to give me a quote on servicing the property. Since the property hadn't been serviced in six weeks while we waited for our previous gardener to hopefully recover, he also had to perform a one-time cleanup given all the growth that happened and the debris that had accumulated. Fast forward another day, Selvin serviced the property, and it looks beautiful. They did such a great job with all the trimming and cleanup. Selvin will be coming back to perform regular maintenance, and I look forward to working with Selvin and his team.

On their first visit, they removed almost all of the weeds and cleaned up the property far beyond my expectations. Since then, their monthly service has been consistent and thorough. They've also been flexible with scheduling when needed and always send invoices and payment receipts promptly, which unfortunately isn't always common in this industry. My only minor issue is I've asked for a list of ingredients and brand type for their request to spray and I have not received that, it's been nearly a week. Very minor issue at this point. Highly recommend them if you're looking for dependable, professional landscaping service.

I reached out to my community for recommendations, and Pancho the Gardener, LLC came highly suggested. From the very first interaction, they exceeded expectations. They responded quickly, communicated clearly, and came out promptly to assess the project. Their quote was not only fair--it was the best price received after comparing a dozen companies. What truly sets them apart is their expertise and attention to detail. They took the time to thoroughly explain every aspect of the redesign and installation, offering thoughtful, creative solutions that showed both skill and genuine care for the outcome. It was clear they knew exactly how to fix the previous mistakes and execute the project properly. Their professional team worked diligently for five days, and the transformation is incredible. The front yard, side yard, and backyard all came together beautifully, and the quality of their work is outstanding. Everything was done correctly. This company is very professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and incredibly easy to work with. They turned what was a stressful and frustrating situation into something truly spectacular. I did my usual project to get mutliple quotes. Only (2) companies I was seriously considering. Perfect Garden Services and another top rated one (Both with Yelp Guaranteed) The other one had more reviews and verified business badge. Sadly the other's quote was at least TWICE as high so it was a no brianer I picked PGS. Very easy to schedule (all done via Yelp messaging) Just note they do not accept Credit Card (seems a lot of businesses don't now and days) So keep that in mind before booking their services. Gave me a time time when they would be there and showed up right on time (within the range) PGS has a crew of 3 total and they worked fast (for the amount of work they needed to do) The job still took them about 4-5 hours and they took care of everything (including any trash) When they're done, a lot of photos were taken (since I wasn't on-site at the time) Very happy with their service and the price was great for what they had to do. Will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you!!!

When it was windy, the branches would hit the roof and create a horrible noise. A couple of landscapers had left their cards on our door, so I initially called one of them. He said he would be there the very next morning; however, he never showed up. He then called and said he would come the following morning--and again, never showed up. At that point, my husband Tom submitted a quote request on Yelp, and Mizrain was one of the first to respond. He was also the most prompt and thorough when answering our questions. Mizrain provided a very competitive quote and was able to come out the same day to trim our tree. He arrived on time, immediately greeted me with a handshake, and provided his business card before getting right to work. He and his team took their time while working very efficiently. They were extremely careful to ensure that no branches fell on or damaged the house and frequently stepped back to assess the tree as a whole to make sure it looked balanced after trimming. I am extremely impressed with Mizrain and his team's work. They went above and beyond to make the tree look great and full while still removing a significant amount of overgrowth. I was initially worried it would look bare or dead, but it looks amazing. They also thoroughly cleaned the entire area, removing not only large branches but also small twigs. They even blew away dust and picked up trash that had blown into our front yard, which was greatly appreciated and not expected. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I would absolutely work with Mizrain again in the future. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

We had an awful experience with another company and were really worried about finding someone honest and reputable. We spoke with Kalian at Advantage based on the recommendation and we were immediately impressed with her knowledge and kindness. We met with Ken the following week and he walked the property with me making suggestions. Ken definitely has a great eye for landscaping. Matt was also great, helping us on a daily basis with the logistics and giving his opinion on how to make the area shine. His prices were within reason for the scope of the project (unlike the other company we had hired, whose project/contract price was almost 3 times the estimate of the project AFTER we paid the deposit). The final result was incredible, but what really stood out was the entire experience working with Advantage. They truly listened to what we wanted, took our ideas seriously, and also brought their own creative vision and expertise to the project. The team went above and beyond to help us make our entire yard perfect, paying attention to every detail and making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Maybe, she thought that I was supposed to know exactly what to ask because apparently, I asked a stupid one, in her opinion. As I mentioned, I was getting quotes for supplies, but I did not know that they didn't sell the supplies they install. Lesson learned...if you're not going with the company right off the bat, don't bother asking too many questions because the initial attitude will change as this person's did.
