I reached out to Justin via FB Messenger, and he was immediate to respond. Not only was Justin able to come out the next morning to provide me a quote, he was able to discuss the full process, what materials to consider (we agreed I would purchase the tile if I went with him) and overall he was beyond knowledgeable and communication was beyond timely. We intended on getting 2 more quotes that week, but after going to purchase our tile of choice and looking over some install options with Lowes, we realized the price Justin gave us was unbelievable. We ended up texting him from Lowes and telling him that we'd go with him and he agreed to start the following Monday. My project ended up coming in right at my budget for labor and even a bit under for materials based on Justin's guidance. The back splash looks phenomnemal. Justin came on a Monday with a partner and they completed the tile within 4 hours. They came and grouted later that day - so essentially it was a 1 day job. He advised he would return later in the week to silicon the bottom of the back splash where it meets the granite counter, which I was not concerned about. Low and behold, just as promised Justin texted me today and came by and finished up the silicon sealing. AMAZING customer service. I honestly could not have asked for better. The back splash is beyond my expectations - and gave our kitchen a finished look that I could have not imagined we needed (as the home is new construction). In its place is a beautiful walk-in-shower, new upper & lower cabinets where the old shower was, new vanity, new lighting, beautiful porcelain floor tile, bidet seat for the toilet, they even stripped the popcorn ceiling and repainted it. The bathroom took time - with snow storms causing a minor delay, a long freeze requiring their plumbers to address other customer's emergencies - but it is gorgeous! We love our new master bathroom. Called the office again on Tuesday and was told that they would arrive Wednesday. They did not arrive. Thursday, they arrived without notice around 3:30. The plumber who was difficult to understand said that it was plumbed incorrectly and he would have to re-pipe in the basement and that it was too late to do that day so he would have to come back another day. Since this has been working for over 80 years, I felt that the more likely scenario was an issue with the mechanism within the tank. At around 4pm, the same person/receptionist that I had spoken with, called and asked for payment of $165 dollars. I provided the credit card and made the payment. I explained that although I am not a plumber, I wanted to better understand the problem prior to paying and additional $500. She said that she understood my concerns and would have someone call me Friday. Of course I was not called. They demonstrated urgency in securing payment for the call fee and half-hour minimum, however, their performance in meeting agreed-upon obligations was lacking.
