He might not be the cheapest, and definitely not the most expensive, but it is reasonable and he provides fixed-pricing which he sticks to as long as scope doesn't change. He also pulls all necessary permits and has passed all inspections with flying colors. Jon has now completed two projects for us. About 6 months ago, he installed new bathroom fans in 4 bathrooms and he recently installed an Electric Vehicle charger in our garage (along with a 60 AMP breaker to support it). I received a word-of-mouth recommendation from my neighbors who had Jon perform a much larger project which included significant re-wiring of their entire house, as well as a new breaker panel among other items. Another neighbor had Jon install a bathroom fan as well as some other work. They could not say enough good things about him and they were 100% right. I have nothing but praise for his work quality. I am one of those customers that likes to do a lot of research up front before I buy items for my house. He is very skilled and makes sure everything is done to perfection. He installed a new electrical line for a range hood in the kitchen, and while doing it he discovered that some prior electrical work was done sub-standard (wrong gauge wire, poor connections, etc.). "No job is too small" for a reason... For a $250 diagnostic fee just to show up, they must be…read morecashing in.... They get a star for being responsive and answering the phone, which some electricians simply don't do. Beyond that, they sent over what I guess was an apprentice and another guy who didn't say much. I called twice, including the day of asking if I needed to go out and buy a plug. They said no both times. They guys came over with no equipment despite me emailing a direct picture of what was needed, and unwilling to drive 3 minutes to lowes to get it. We got charged and they left. After an email complaint they offered to send them back to change a plug without another $250 fee. Since we planned on having them actually do the job, while they were out here we asked for another small job or two (including simply changing an outside floodlight). Here comes more diagnostic fees for their "expertise"... Overall there are more experienced places out there by far, and many that will charge far far less. If you are in a pinch and need to reach someone, "no job is too small" here....
