A week later I still had not heard any response so I called back to check in. The same person picked up the phone and claimed "I have your estimate here...some where". He said he would locate it and asked if he could call me back. I said sure....... that was several days ago. At this point I am giving up. Frenchy's is either unable or unwilling to provide the advertised services on their website. My gutters are still in need of cleaning and I have wasted almost two weeks trying to get an estimate. As a result I can not recommend this providers services.
