Great customer service and very fast. Needed a torque converter for my Ford diesel and they had it built the next day. Highly recommended.

The employees that work here really go above and beyond to assist customers. This is why I had to write about this particular NAPA in north highlands next to Ross. Right when you step foot in the door your going to be greeted by Lou or Laurence and Alana. The whole team including this guy name Sam are just awesome. The most friendly group of people I have ever encountered at a auto store. They are knowledgeable of all items and if they don't know then the computer always does. They also recommended other items to assist my project and explained the difference between the 2 items so I can choose. That was the wow factor, they are not pushy sales people and they just recommend and let we the customers make the choice. Thank you for the awesome experience and I highly recommend this store over others.

But Torrey, an associate there went above and beyond to make it happen to where she called her manager and made it a priority to get the parts transferred from another store. Next day rolls around, and I receive and email that parts are in. This was hours ahead of schedule. I picked up my parts with no issues and was able to meet my mechanic on schedule and repair my daughter's vehicle. Thanks Torrey. God bless you and your store.

I spent a lot of money with this company restoring my falcon and this guy just lost a good costumer with cash to spend over a $30 voltage regulator in his 1 wire alternator conversion. He is trying to tell me I shorted it out. The conversion was working great for several months and then just stoped working. I had the alternator and regulator tested and it failed. Got tired of arguing with Jeff ended up buying a new one from another shop and won't spend a cent more with falcon Enterprises save yourself the headache and buy whatever you need for your falcon from someone else.

There are three basic versions available. One is the original mechanical type of regulator. There is also a China made electronic version and the third is a Scott Drake unit that has a completely different circuit on the front and looks obviously higher quality. His website shows the Scott Drake photo. What I received was the China made electronic version not what was pictured. His response to my calling him about it was his usual angry "F" "U" attitude. I explained that the picture on the website didn't match the part that I received. He told me it will work and to go "F*** myself! Classic customer service 101!! WOW!!! I checked the website shortly afterwards and what do you know the picture magically changed to the China version!!!! I strongly recommend that you buy your Falcon parts from some other reputable business that actually appreciates that you're spending money with them.

Described as similar to hot glue, but specifically designed for aluminum radiator repair. Formulated to hold up to 40PSI and 400°. While they were unable to duplicate the broken petcock valve my friend Woody complained about, they replaced it for me anyway. They brought me back to the test tank, where they pressurized the radiator underwater to demonstrate that the leak had been repaired and there were no other leaks. I think I was out of there in half an hour. Very grateful to have a repair shop in Sacramento. The young owner is expanding beyond radiators and fuel tank repair to a full automotive repair shop to include alignments. Like the add says, "It is a great place to take a leak." lol!

I have an old 1969 Camaro and had noticed the car seemed to be getting hotter than usual in stop and go traffic. When I got home, I noticed the smallest little drip of antifreeze coming from the driver's side tank. After talking with a few of my classic car buddies, Highlands Radiator was the consensus business to take my radiator. I took it in on a Friday morning and saw several other "old style" radiators in the shop which was comforting. The employee said they would probably be able to finish the repair and rod out by the afternoon. The employee also tested my radiator cap and found that my 16-pound cap was releasing pressure at 7 pounds which could be another source of my overheating. Around 3:00 PM they called me to say it was ready. After I put it back in my car, I instantly noticed the car was running much cooler. Even on these 106 degree days, the car never gets above 210 degrees.
