Not only that but I was trying to exchange a part because they gave me the wrong part. I brought in the part & the middle age guy at the front desk was so rude about it. He seems annoyed that I couldn't make use of the wrong part he gave me. Told me it'll be quick. It takes me about 25 mins to get there from downtown. I called 30 mins before to let them know I was otw. So I was kinda annoyed he made me wait & gave me a attitude. They had at least an hour to get the right part ready. But instead I had to wait for them to pull the part out once I got there. What a waste of time! Not all workers were rude. The older gentlemen and the young sales man was very nice. I ordered a cut part for a honda pilot over the phone. The guy on the phone asked me if I can send a picture of what part of the car i need. I sent him the pictures and he said "yeah we have it for $300". Great...!!! Next day, again he asked Me to send the picture of the part i need and i sent it again. So, I went all the way from fresno to pick up the part and guess what??? " here is my big brother, you can tell him where to cut exactly from the car". I told him this is what i need, " big brother wants more money now" he completely refused to cut the part mentioning this will include quarter panel too and i can't give you for $300. He said you can talk to Zac and when i went to see Zac, now Zac went in to talk to his big brother and came out with super idea. $$$$$$. HE SAID PAY US $700 FOR THE PART, NOT $300, which is what he quoted over the phone. Later, giving me offer to go some place else and find it cheaper. Thank you Zac. Believe me guys if i could give a worst place in the west cost to get parts, this place gets the CROWN. I wasted money for gas and spent over 7 hours driving up and down. So, if you want to experience that go ahead and give it a shot. But, I would say we shouldn't go to the places where they want you to get to their shop some how and once you are there they can charge you whatever they want. On December 18th 2015, I was searching on Car-part.com for a ECU for my 2007 Acura TSX 6 Speed, when I searched for the part this business called "Redline Performance" showed up with having a M/T ECU for my car with a listed price of U$200. I went ahead and bought the ECU of their website for a total of U$219.60 including taxes and shipping. 3 days later I call them and ask them why they haven't shipped the item. The guy that answered the phone went ahead and gave me a story about how the ECU that came in the car was from a AUTOMATIC. I found it very strange and shady because that's very unusual. BUT I let it go and they refunded me the money on December 21st. I been search for this part ever since on car-part.com, until today I searched again, and guess what popped up? Same MANUAL ECU FROM A 2007 ACURA TSX, and guess who selling it? "Redline Performance". Now here is the kicker, new asking price of U$400. I went on their website to confirm and went under the same listing of the same car I had bought the ECU from back in December, and there it was the same ECU listed again as a MANUAL one for 400 dollars. It doesn't take a genius to figure out the dirty business this people are conducting. I've never made a complaint about a business before, but man this people deserve one.
