Unfortunately I run a business and this makes me look very bad and puts me back on work how ever long it takes me to get the part so now I have to deal with a upset customer and a lose of time and money. I feel like they just wanted me to buy whatever they had so they could get my money and tell me that they have to ship me the right part. VERY BAD WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!! I would avoid this place!

Tried new switch, did not help. Tried replacing the motor, did not help. Tried replacing the glass (got from here for $40), did not help. Replaced the regulator/motor assembly with new aftermarket, that fixed it. Exactly 2 weeks after buying the glass, I went in to return it, expecting them to, at best, charge a re-stocking fee as was stated on the receipt, or, at worst, not allowing the return. They gave me full refund (not store credit). This is a good, honest business. I will keep coming back.

I'm local to these guys so I can't speak on their online practices…read more I came in for an old IDI engine out of a 87 Ford truck. The price for the long block was more than I wanted to spend, 2k, about double what I had in mind. But I didn't have a choice, and their price was with delivery to my place. I did call about a week after getting the engine for confirmation of the mileage on the truck the engine was in, and was given "it was low, like 115k or something, let me get back to you." I never got a call back. At that point I had already torn down the engine to see what the internals looked like, and based off of what I saw, I'd say 115k wasn't far off. With all of this said, I feel like 2k is a little steep, especially for these old motors that aren't as efficient or powerful as modern day stuff. Luckily I knew what I was working on and knew what the motor would need if it wasn't up to working condition. I'd recommend this place if you're looking for obscure parts for your vehicle, or don't have the time to go to a pick n pull. I will say the guys in the office were friendly enough, and accommodating. Took me to the back to show me examples of a few engines they had in stock. Not a bad experience, just felt like I was forced to overpay. Is what it is. My truck is back up and running with a much fresher engine so I'm content.

This cost me a lot of time, money, and stress. After installing the first transmission, it failed almost immediately. I contacted the seller and was told to try another one, so I purchased a second transmission -- and to my disappointment, that one didn't work either. At this point, I had already paid for labor twice, lost valuable time, and still didn't have a working vehicle. Communication was not very helpful, and there was little accountability for the defective parts. I understand that used parts can sometimes have issues, but receiving two non-working transmissions in a row is unacceptable. I would not recommend buying transmissions from this seller unless they can guarantee they are tested and working. This experience ended up being very

My mirror frame cover broke off of my 2013 Toyota Camry while going through the car wash. I tried googling and calling around local stores but couldn't find anything. Most places didn't want to be bothered with a "small job". The best advice I got was "just order something off eBay and hope it will match up". Erik on the other hand gave excellent customer service. He told me that this is a difficult to match paint and he wanted to make sure the part I got was as perfectly matching as possible to the OEM paint. He ended up ordering and installing this piece that was an identical match! The part came within a week and was installed the same day he received it. Very reasonably priced also.
